Food is hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is to die for and others it's too dry or too greasy. Buffet needs to be checked more frequently due to lack of food or old dried out food. Highly recommend checking the lettuce on the salad bar because the last time I went, the lettuce was browning and had some slimey bits, same with the raw veggies.

The chicken, pizza and salad bar were good. They have coke products... which I like. The service was great and the people in there were courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable. There are alot of kids running around excitedly. They could do a little better job keeping up on the salad bar, but they are so busy cleaning up I understand it. If you love kids and don't mind a bit of noise this place will give you all the good food you want. If you want a pizza they will make it for you.

Today I went Here, I get the same thing every time I go to any pizza ranch in which I have been two three others in my life . Chicken, potatoes, veggie, and coleslaw. The cole slaw was not on the salad bar so I asked for like always I have to do here at this certain store ( I was told due to waist they don't put it out ) they normally give me a good amount to last my whole meal , but this time he gave me a little bowl . So I asked for more, he then told that they sell it separately and if I wanted more I would have to pay for it . So I paid for a buffet that you could order any pizza you want but I would have to pay extra for my salad that is crazy . Pizza Ranch what's up with that .

Typically, I have great things to say. This time, it was pretty awful.We ordered 3 pizzas for pick-up, arrived on-time to get them and went to pick up "room" and waited.And waited.Aaaand waited.I could hear employees in the kitchen. They could not hear me. I could see my order in the warming locker. It was paid for and I was tempted to just go grab them.but I didn't.I went to the front and had to wait on line for about 15 minutes as the buffet-goers waited for the one cashier to check them in. He was good, but pain stakingly slow and went through the rewards speech with every. Single. Person.And finally, the insult to injury: ordering online said they were out of cactus bread, which is frankly the only real reason to order from them. The pizza is average, but the cactus bread is excellent. While waiting in line, I watch three separate cactus breads being served fresh to the buffet and swiftly devoured.Not a pleasant experience.

Food could have been much warmer, especially seeing it was the beginning of lunch hour. Other than that, it was ok the brownies were good for the first couple bites until I reached the burnt part, which was almost half of the piece I had.

Food really has gone downhill. Service was ok tonight. We should have been informed before spending 80 dollars that the heat was out and we would not enjoy our meal without jackets and gloves. Everyone was freezing and not comfortable. Alot of children as well. Definitely won't be back any time soonThis should be made right.
