I ordered pizza and a two liter for delivery. I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant 7 times, and they hung up on me each time. This happened after I asked for the correct order be delivered to me. I never got my issue resolved. I will never go back. I’m very disappointed in their service.

We ordered pizzas over the phone. They said it would be ready in 25 mins so we left for a 10 min drive with 5 mi s left till our order was ready. We get there and they told us the order would be ready in about 5 mins, 25 mins later we finally got our order. The pies were luke warm and the overall of the pizza was ok. Im not sure i would go there again.

Ordered three pizzas, a pasta, and some dough bites and the food was not great. The dough tasted old and the dough bites were gross. They tasted old and stale. The sauce tasted ok but not enough to save the pizzas. We threw most of the food away, and it wasn’t cheap by no means. It’s been awhile since we’ve ordered and it seems the quality has gone down quite a bit. Will not be ordering again, unfortunately.

I just found out that Rosati's in Watertown Wisconsin closed down their sit down restaurant part. I'm totally bummed.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Attempted to place an order for my team. Sat on hold trying to use a coupon thats posted to their website. After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I was hung up on. I called back and the girl placed me on hold to find a manager. Came back claiming she couldn't reach one. She had a manager call me back who told me I was a liar, they have no such coupon and they wouldnt honor it. I told him where I found it and even gave him the code. Horrible customer service and I will never order from there again. Thats not how you treat customers. He should have gone to their website and seen the coupon and honored it. Thats the right thing to do.

First of all, I’m a major pizza lover! Second of all, this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long, long time!! The crust was amazing. The sauce was amazing. The cheese was amazing. The sausage was amazing! I had a hard time stop being at a few pieces, but I ate almost the whole 12 inch pizza myself.!!! It was amazing. Best pizza ever.!!!!

Came in from out of town and tried the pizza here since they were still open later in the evening. The pizza was delicious and the service was quick! We ate our fabulous pizza by the river in town on a quiet summer evening.

Pizza was SUPER soggy and was FULL of cheese. When I peeled away a slice ALL of the cheese came off which was SUPER disappointing. If you want better pizza just get one from Walmart. Save yourself some money.
