Went and placed an order for 2 meatball subs for takeout. Seemed pretty simple to me. Paid came back to 2 orders of spaghetti with 1 freaking meat ball . If you want what you ask for don’t ask these guys. I Wont Be back !!!!

I ordered pizza, lasagna and breaded mushrooms. My pizza was not cooked, the cheese was not melted. I ordered extra meat on the pizza, did not receive it. The breaded mushrooms were not cooked all the way either. We tried to call and have been placed on hold for over 45 minutes.

Pizza barely had any cheese on it. Alfredo sauce was super runny and no flavor. Last time we'll order from here. We waited a while because of previous bad food & we heard there was new owners. We won't make that mistake again.

This Rosatti is bad. No bell pepper on sandwich, no au jus sauce either; which I specifically requested. Fries were soggy and meat was mushy like it had been soaked in brine water. Rosatti's in Madison East is great. This one should take lessons from them.

Delivery was over 40 minutes late AND delivered to the wrong house. Called and called and called to rectify the situation. No answer. Drove down to the store and demanded a full refund. Will NEVER order from here again.

We gave this location a second chance since new owners. The first time.the food was terrible. This time we, ordered around 4 pm for a 515 delivery. At 530 we called and we're told it was out for delivery by the manager. At 600 nothing yet so we called back in and we're told they would look into it. 614 received a call stating their system glitched and they could start out order again. At 617 another call back and was told that the system was back up...It's a miracle. Now we're having to wait another 45 minutes. At 653 our food showed up. The receipt said to bring 2 mountain dews and a Pepsi. That did not happen. The food this time was better than the last.
