Hours are not accurate; I’ve stopped by this place 3 times now during normal day hours over a couple months at different times when they said they were open. I tried calling 4 different times and got no call back and their voicemail is full. Clearly, not a well maintained business that is cared about by its staff. I hope they change something before they ruin and turn away all their potential business.

it's a great place to get foodl. you can watch the chef cook your food.Parking: you can park in front of the business but it's shared parking with other companies as wellKid-friendliness: it's on the side of the road so dont take your eyes off them but they have ice cream and kid friendly food tooWheelchair accessibility: alot of accessibility because there is no steps

We were excited about the seating area and enjoyed the blue painted wall, suits the area well. Table Top Checkers on 2 tables and 2 sets of Corn Hole!Plenty of seats! Re-purposed barrel tables with taller seats and umbrellas and picnic tables. All adorned with plenty of napkins. Trust me you will need them.Everything was juicy and tasted good. Ribeye steak - not shaved or thin sliced meat, it is an actual thin steak. Not what I expected but it was good.Grilled Chicken didn’t taste seasoned but it was juicy! Smaller than expected bun but with the fries it was enough. Not sure if the fries are a large order or if our order was taken wrong but we had 2 baskets of fries. Not a big deal.We only hope this outdoor area can grow and be hold a lot more ambiance and character. The back seated area is nicely shaded late in afternoon hours.Staff we dealt with wad smiling and eager to assist. We will return.I did hear the other gal mention to a customer that they did not serve ice cream cones. I thought I also heard that they didn’t have shakes, unless it was that they only had shakes. You will have to ask.Wheelchair accessibility: Main st restaurant side is the best.

If you don’t go your missing out!! Food was fantastic hit every taste bud and the hand cut fries where phenomenal! Definitely spreading the word about this place! Keep up the great work and EXCELLENT FOOD!

We're pretty new to Watertown and had been having some issues finding a decent spot to run and grab an ice cream, after dinner. I wish we would have tried Schuettes earlier! It's pretty simple soft serve ice cream, but it's damn good! Service was friendly, pretty quick, and prices were right. We'll be back! Next time maybe we'll grab some food too.

I'm new to Watertown so I wanted to try Schuetts as everyone has said it's great. I waited in line for 17 mins for my food. When I got home to eat it. I found that the breaded mushrooms that I ordered I got 6 mushrooms and paid 3$ for them! The fries looked and tasted horrible. The oil seemed to be in a need of changing. My hotdog was the only thing that I okay with. My malt was okay, I didn't taste any malt mix at all! Over all I was unhappy.
After I purchased a bottle of water I drank it then went to fill it up in their water fountain. The water fountain had been shut off. I asked for a cup of water for my dog as it was 80 degrees and the sullen worker said no and that I had to buy another bottle. Really? You don't have sink water for a customer? At least Mullens workers are friendly and even let you have a cup of water if you made a purchase. Too bad I put money in her pitiful college tip jar already.

The girlfriend and I went here for lunch today. I had high expectations because most of the small town ice cream places that have been around for awhile generally have some very underrated food. We both ordered burgers and Coney Island Fries. The burger was sloppy, but in a good way, it looked like it would be a great burger. Took one bite of the burger and noticed it was made with store bought frozen patties. The patties were hard, texture on every bite was hard and it had zero flavor. The bacon was the microwavable kind that was thin and flavorless. Took a few more bites because I was starving, but couldn't bring myself to eat more than half. The fries were pretty similar. They were undercooked, the cheese sauce had no flavor and the ground beef on top tasted like it was for a sloppy Joe. The ground beef overpowered every bite. Again I couldn't even eat half. The only reason they have 2 stars is because while the food may be awful, the employees were extremely nice and I've heard they have decent ice cream. Watertown is in need of an actual burger joint that can produce quality burgers. It's quite sad when the best burgers in the city are from Hardees.
