The staff working there tonight were very rude. Didn’t even greet me when I walked in just looked at me. Talked amongst themselves and ignored all the customers.

Person behind the counter was rude. Refused to make sandwiches how was asked.. claimed to be out of multiple ingredients even though the person after us got the same ingredients...will not be going back to said location this is not the first time employees were rude or unprofessional.

Absolutely won't go there again. I asked if I could buy a piece of bread to go with the soup, I bought as have done before. No they the girl slapped the soup on thr counter, I asked again if I could please buy a piece of bread to dip in the soup because of my dietary problems. The girl said no took my money slammed the drawer walked away. I asked for a bag she threw the soup in the bag. So theyn I asked for a spoon even if I were to ear in the store you offer a spoon. This is. The worst service and when I asked to speak to a manager about the bread the girl said i am the manager it crackers or that's it. I came home and threw the soup in the garbage because it was spilt cause she threw it in a bag worst service ever don't ever eat there oh, also tell them to wash there hands!

Usually great. Unfortunately, recently, one of the workers messed up my online order (which I've ordered many times and has always turned out great in the past) and instead of helping to get it fixed, had me buy a new one to get it replaced. Kind of disappointing, knowing that I've never had a bad experience here before. Would still come again, just probably not after ordering online.

None of these people seem like they want to be there or help you. I just got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and it was stone cold. Apparently now "not toasted" means "not heated." I thought maybe it was always warm like the meatballs, so I didn't say anything. Got home and it was like I pulled it out of the fridge.

They were "out" of meatballs at 8:25. Sure. Just didn't want to pull more so we can get out quick at close. I'm sorry I tipped.

First the inside is one of the cleanest up to date subways I have been to.......2ndly I order the same sandwich each time and this by far has the perfect mix of ingredients.........Bravo to the guy that made it hasn't been this good in a long time like eating it for the first time all over again ?

Out of high school I used to be an assistant manager for Subway back in Minnesota. But this place is managed well and the employees are pretty decent. I only had one instant where I went inside and the same knife that was to cut my fiance's sandwich was used to cut my sandwich. And I hate mayo. So Maya was on my sandwich and I was a tad upset but understood that he was still learning.

We cannot rate it on the other areas. This is one of the subways that does not take coupons or even the email coupons. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sat there in 15 or 20 minutes while I tried to get the buy one get one free coupon to work on the app.

3 people working the store. One working the subs, two cleaning. Gal beyond counter continues to work on 4 online orders. No one stops cleaning to help. Wait 10 minutes and she's still only half way through the online order. PEOPLE COMING INTO THE STORE SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE PRIORITY!
