Happy with my sandwich for the most part, other than the fact that the lady who made my sub seemed very annoyed with that fact that she had to do her job. Whoever was working on 07/20 at 8:30pm, female with an under-shave cut, needs to be retrained on customer service, and how to talkkkk to people who come into the store. Unfortunately I didn’t get the impression that she was having a bad day, which would be understandable. But the way she manhandled my sandwich, made me feel that she doesn’t enjoy working with/serving others. Definitely will consider other locations before I come back to this one!

Went to order 3 subs.The girl who took my order and made the subs was the most rudest snob i ever came across.and then i handed her my coupons and she said...."We don't take coupons and i don't know why people keep trying"Well.....I gave corprate a fine phone call and they offered me free sub coupons and i nicely told.....NEVER will i walk foot into that or any other store..

Beware!! This Watertown location no longer accepts coupons that are delivered in the Watertown paper. Employee was rather rude when I was asking question about why? Ill just eat someplace else from now on.

0 stars. Waited 40 minutes for a delivery order to hear the store has no drivers. Store staff state they called twice and went straight to voicemail, however they did not bother to leave a voicemail. The lack of common sense is concerning.

I have been ordering from the Subway app. I will do pick up or delivery. Most of the time when I order they forget something. Drinks, applesauce or chips. When I ordered delivery this time Doordash picked it up. When I called to tell them about the issue they told me I had to contact DD or come pick up the missing items myself. ? I had no way to contact DD. When, I asked if they could contact DD because it was their mistake away, they said they couldn't. So I had to have my husband drive up to pick it up because they refused to help or because they didn't have the management on site.
