I came to this Taco Bell at approximately 11:30 pm after a scary movie that I didn’t even want to go to. When I got there the guy was very rude and wouldn’t let me do three separate orders. Then I realized they had chicken on the menu instead of only dog meat. Last time I came here they served me a chicken quesadillas when I asked for cheese only. Anywho the chicken does not come with ranch— this is America people. Then I ordered a Baja blast with mtn dew and little did I know I needed to take the extra time to speak to the rude waiter and get this blended. Also back to the chicken did you know that they had the audacity to put cinnamon on the chicken. My lips burned and by taste buds shook their heads in dismay. Let’s just say I will never be visiting again, sorry Taco Bell it’s not just your fault but also my friends who still believe in you. Even though they run to the bathroom after every visit, I will leave you with this, get ranch.

I ordered a burrito supreme, a cheesy roll up and a taco supreme, along w an icee. They gave me some sort of burrito ( beef crunchy taco supreme ) that was grilled with some sort of sauce that I'm highly allergic too. I went through the drive through and had to go back to get the correct food. The person accidentally plugged in the wrong order ( which can happen, people are human and make mistakes). The young guy at the drive through the 2nd time around started to literally argue w me that I ordered a #3. Well would I really order something that I knew would have me put in the hospital? I think not. We went back and forth at least 10 times. Him telling me I'm wrong. I wouldn't stand for it. They need to teach their employees there to be a little nicer to their customers and not act like a fool. I used to visit there. I will NEVER go back. I know what I ordered. So to the guy who had serious issues today, you need to chill out. Maybe you should find another job where you don't have to work with the public. It's a shame that someone has to act like that. Hopefully it was a one time occurance. I would hate to have someone else go through that, and over a burrito? Seriously????????

Absolutely terrible service
I had a simple order that was messed up so I called to have it fixed only to have to wait for someone to even approach the counter when they're was nobody in the drive through and only 2 customers that have already been helped and are waiting as well
I had to yell across the counter to get the food I paid for 30 min prior only to get home and find hair in my food

I will not be returning to this location

This is the third time in a row i have ordered taco bell and they cant seem to get it right. First time they forgot an item, second time they gave me the wrong item, and third time they give me the right item but with a stale as hell taco shell. I will never be ordering from this location again, not a single time have i been satisfied with my order, its just been one issue after another. And on top of all that their customer service is horrible, definitely dont reccomend the watertown location to anyone who wants to get what they paid for and have it be decently fresh.

How come every time I go thru and order my nacho fries are ALWAYS soggy. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before there is no reason my food should be soggy and not fresh. Please do better for the love of it all, make the food as if YOU were receiving it. No way you grab soggy fries and confidently put them in the container.🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered online before we got there. A few cars ahead of us. Get to the speaker and had to repeat myself that I had a mobile order. When I finally get to the window, I had to say twice, mobile order for Amanda. She shuts the window and walked away. Came back with a bag and asked "to quesadillas?" Um no. She takes the bag back, shuts the window and I hear her talking about my order. Says it'll be a moment. I'm not kidding when i say I was in the drive thru for at least a total of 30 minutes. Finally brings my order to me. I asked if the sauces were in there, she says yes and goes to close the window. I had to quick ask for our drinks. She over filled the cup and put ice (I asked for none).... hands the cup DRIPPING with soda to me. We get home, order looks like it was thrown in the bags and was wrong. I was not about to go back into town. I ordered online for a reason. There was even plenty of workers for once!

not a good place to eat or work. Courtney(gm) is okay, adam(dm) is the problem, and not professional. retaliatory firing if he doesn't get his way. not a good way to run a business and a bad look for the company as a whole. dinning room was dirty. bathrooms were dirty. food was not worth the price. I also heard they don't let people walk through the drive thru(there's a hotel behind tbell). do they not want money?? especially when they close lobby before the time they post. maybe you could keep the lobby open if you didn't fire people willy nilly. overall, it's kind of a joke and I'd rather pick something from kwik trip, which is right next door.
