The food was good and authentic. The service on a non busy Saturday afternoon left something to be desired. He was very polite but we sat and had a whole thing of chips and salsa before even placing our drink order . Then we placed a drink order and asked for more chips and salsa of which we never ended up getting and some other lady brought our food. Not so sure what the issue was with only 4 tables of people. Recommend it as long as you are in no sort of rush because of the food being good.

The steak tacos were not as good as normal the steak was very crunchy and the limes were dried out will not be back very disappointed

Went back 3 weeks later and better experience (less busy too). Food was still great and service improved slightly but still not up to El M level of service (mainly attentiveness to tables).
Food was great, and atmosphere is kind of neat. However, the service was terrible. Server came to get my empty beer and never asked if I wanted another, so I went the rest of my.meal "dry". Didn't come back until the bill at the very end. Then it took 10 minutes to get our bill paid after having to go up to the counter while waiting at the table. We might give it a second chance later, but there are better Mexican restaurants in Watertown overall.
