It took too long to get here. Once I finally did, it was worth the drive, time and trip. The owner Josh took tons of time to talk on a Friday night. Great beer and whiskey selection. They even bring in their own Single Barrels of whiskey from local distillers. They still had a 6 St Bernardus beer flight on tap. Phenomenal. I/We will be back.

Josh is the man! Check out the live music events this bar has on the weekends! Awesome bar, HUGE variety of beers and spirits, got some classic and modern arcade games, plenty of room and the new back patio is sweet!
Constantly rotating selections on tap, plus a huge variety of cans and bottles. While not the primary focus, their cocktails are also amazing. Their whisky selection isn't huge, but very well curated.

The Drafty Cellar is Watertown’s best option for exceptional beverage offerings. The arcade is pretty extensive and diverse. The staff is wonderful and the customers come from all walks of life. The Drafty is really the only place I go for excellent beer!
Vegetarian options: The Drafty Cellar is a Taphouse and does not serve a lot of food. But the beverage choices are exemplary! The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating
