Edit: I spoke to the manager directly, it was a door dash issue and not a Toppers issue.
I'd say 90% completion with many orders.
Toppers has great food and great people. I will always recommend Toppers pizza!

Incredibly rude staff when I tried to place my order. The cashier either didn't understand or didn't care about my request, even after I clarified what I wanted and pointed at what I wanted. He made no attempt to understand me and then gave me the incorrect pizza. After I ordered something else, what's funny about this is that they gave me my original order that I asked for, even though he seemed not to understand. After returning to pick up my order, the other waiter proceeded to be passive-aggressive with me. I ordered the thin-crust pepperoni with sausage small, and instead, I received hand-tossed crust, and they acted like that wasn't an item when it was listed directly above the counter.

Went to Toppers with my dad, the pizza was very good. Cooked perfectly and was ready fast. The man working was very nice and they also sent pizza to the local nursing home which was extremely kind of him.

Happy to have a location close to us now. Ordered online and was ready for pick up on time. Staff was super friendly. All the food was good and tasted wonderful. Only complaint was the small think crust cheese pizza was a little over cooked. Otherwise, everything was fine. Garlic knots are a new fav. Thanks for making dinner yummy and easy for us :)

I ordereda pizza at 4:30 pm yesterday to have delivered at 5:30 pm. Called at about 6:30 to see where it was. said they never got my order. We'll at 5: 30 tonight next day Toppers is knocking on my door with my order. NEVER again will I order from there again. Not first time they screwed up my order.Think twice before you use this place to order .There's more then enough other place to have pizza!!!

I've been waiting on a good pizza place for Watertown and we finally got toppers! Awesome store and atmosphere every one is very friendly and super helpful. I got the original topper stixs with a Large hand tossed loaded totsza and let me tell you the crust was perfect, plenty of toppings and drizzle and it was delicious. Watertown toppers thanks again ?

Ordered several times, never had an experience like this one. Instructions on apartment door how to get in building. Delivery driver had no idea what to do. Rude and when he finally brought Pizza to my apartment the box was open. Who knows what he did to the pizza
Due to my mistake in how I ordered on the website, they re-made my pizza even before I got there and were very friendly explaining to me that I had to wait a couple minutes for my new pizza to be ready. Every employee was friendly, you don't see that much even when you HAVEN'T made a mistake in ordering. Thank you!

The owner is a scam and a fake he doesn't know how to run a business he lies to his employees and tells them that their work isn't good enough plus none of the ingredients are fresh they are frozen the onions and green peppers are the only fresh ones the sauce is pre-made at least marcos makes theirs by scratch
