The bowling alley itself is great! However, every time I call to reserve a lane, the same lady always answers with a terrible attitude. Every time I go in person, she has a terrible attitude with me and my group for no reason. I have been consistently bowling at this alley for the past two months and have not experienced one ounce of kindness or respect from this lady. It’s not a good look at all, and is just embarrassing for her.

The facility was nice. We had a pretty big group about 18 people so it was a decent size. When we went up to collect and put on our shoes, the women at the desk was super rude and wouldn’t let one of our group members use a 9 pound ball. All night she was a super rude and acted like she didn’t want us to be there. I normally don’t like to think bad of others but this I absolutely loathed the women at the desk.
