No one comes to the counter to serve guests, even after 10 minutes of waiting. I have had this happen multiple times and at various times of the day. There is a bell that sounds when you walk into the Dunkin' area to notify staff you are there yet no one comes (even when you can see and/or hear them in the back). The coffee is always awful... you know how people joke Dunkin' is inconsistent and your coffee will either be good or taste like sewer water? Well, this location consistently tastes like sewer water.

I sometimes come here to read or do schoolwork. It’s not noisy at all but sometimes they play music and staff has good music taste so it doesn’t bother me if it’s loud I’d rather sing along then complain about it being noisy. The drinks are very good and they make them super fast I also sometimes use the survey on my receipt to get a free donut the next time I come. Sometimes they don’t hear you when you come in but you have to walk under the sensors so they do, they are also pretty busy in the back so you have to be a bit patient. Everyone that works there are really funny and are very kind, they greet you with a smile and are very polite. 10/10 recommend coming here.

I was waiting patiently at the counter to order and said excuse me many times and then walked around to try to get their attention and I was just ignored. They were not even 3 feet away from me and acted like I wasn’t talking to them! They will not be getting my service anymore. I’m sorry if they are busy but if someone is trying to order and get your attention it’s not polite to ignore.

As someone who goes to this Dunkin' everyday, I usually find myself having some problem. Usually it's the staff not being polite, not getting something correct, etc. I'm usually not the person to leave reviews but this has happened so much that I would love to see SOME change at the very least. Today was kinda the day that I decided that I was gonna leave a review. I ordered ahead of time, but I wasn't there to pick it up. I had asked my mom to grab it for me since she was out and about. I get my order, and not only was my drink (Tornado Twist Energy) WAY too oversweetened, there was a whole inch or more of just empty space that could've been used to counter out at LEAST some of the extra sweetness, but no. I could not drink this because of how overly sweet it was too. I would love to see at least some change but how it's going, I'm not sure if that will be happening at least anytime soon.
I had given up on this location for about 6 months but gave it another try on a Saturday morning. The drive through worker was extremely rude and wasn’t trained on how to scan the Dunkin’ rewards QR code. Instead said I needed to use a credit card, I politely said I have money on my rewards gift card I want to use. Yelled to get help, and then after a minute asked to confirmed my order - I said yes that’s it, was handed 3/4 filled cups of coffee and she yelled something back into the kitchen as we pulled away. For a location that needs to compete with 2 Kwik Trips, a Starbucks, and several local coffee shops - they need to start with the basics and train on some customer service techniques.
