The female workers at this location always have a terrible attitude like you are inconveniencing them with your business. Never say thank you, or welcome back, have a nice day, anything. The coffee they make is always trash and the food cold. The new men I have recently seen working here are polite and make good coffee and hot food. Let’s get it together ladies!

I frequently visit Dunkin in Waunakee, WI. Today I was there. The place was filthy! There were dead crickets on the floor, dirt and crumbs everywhere. What is happening to this Dunkin?

I order avacado toast with bacon every morning. Usually they put a few sprinkles of bacon on it and call it a day, which was irritating but wasn’t going to complain. Today there was a decent amount of bacon, however it was the snacking bacon with sugar and pepper on it which I strongly dislike and didn’t order. Also wasn’t going to complain until I was halfway done eating the sourdough and noticed the mold. Absolutely disgusting.

Multiple times I've tried the Waunakee location and I can never get help at their counter. No customers in drive thru and none inside. If you try and get the workers to help you or even acknowledge you are there they completely ignore you. After waiting and saying excuse me multiple times we left and headed to the Sun Prairie location who has never let us down or disappointed us. I've also had issues with my food order where they have given me the wrong item numerous times. Never returning to Waunakee location again especially after this last visit where we waited 15mins and got no service.
I'm a frequent customer. I always order my drinks with easy ice, but the girl at the register said you can't put in a little ice, even though the guys have done it repeatedly.👎👎👎👎👎

This place is a joke. I only gave her a one star because if I could give zero stars I would have. Went inside to order . Four people working… one car in the drive-through and I had to wait 20 mins for one drink absolutely absurd. Had to ask three times just to get them to make my drink. I will never ever go back to this place, and I would recommend that you think twice before you go there.

It’s so banger i love it before work but they ALWAYS forget the bacon on the avocado toast which isn’t a big deal but it’s def more costly and why would I spend $2 more each time just to not get it like atp let me just get the regular. Especially after being CHARGED for a bacon topped each time. God forbid a girl wants bacon topped avocado toast😭

every time i come here my order is wrong. today i watched them give the drink to the car in front of me and the car put a straw in it and im pretty sure drank out of it, they then gave it back and said it was the wrong drink. the worker then took the straw out and then handed me the same used drink when i pulled up (my sandwich was also wrong) i ended up just taking the drink and driving away, but giving me a drink another customer had touched, put a straw in and probably drank out of is insane.
