DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! I’ve waited long wait times before and stupidly ordered delivery tonight at 6:08pm. I was alerted that Jimmy John’s set up a delivery to my address through Uber Eats. I did NOT order through Uber Eats. I ordered through the JJ app. At 6:25pm the text update from Uber said the order was picked up but it had another delivery before mine. Estimated delivery time was 6:45. At 6:47 the uber link said it was delivered. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I called the driver, he answered and hung up on me, then refused my calls after the first one. I called JJ and they refused to refund my money or do anything about it. They just told us to call Uber Eats. Absolutely unacceptable on everyone’s part. We never received our $40 order. HORRIBLE customer service.

This literally was the best Jimmy John's I've been to in a loooong time!! The staff was excellent and the product was super!! You could tell that the ingredients were fresh in the sandwich. Will be making this my preferred store from now on!

Don’t order delivery from here! This location had no idea how to own the food chains branding. They are never freaky fast! Every time I have ordered delivery it’s like 40+ minutes. Waunakee is a small community and it’s mind blowing how they take this long! I don’t often leave reviews, but this location is AWFUL!! Don’t order delivery, and probably best to just avoid all together. The teenagers working there are also clearly spoiled and privileged with no idea how to behave in the real world or provide good customer service.

I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!!
