This literally was the best Jimmy John's I've been to in a loooong time!! The staff was excellent and the product was super!! You could tell that the ingredients were fresh in the sandwich. Will be making this my preferred store from now on!

Hate that you have to ask for napkins and get up-charged for cheese. Also, according to the employees, the "machine" asks for tips. Why can't we get back to only tipping if someone provides you seated service?

Don’t order delivery from here! This location had no idea how to own the food chains branding. They are never freaky fast! Every time I have ordered delivery it’s like 40+ minutes. Waunakee is a small community and it’s mind blowing how they take this long! I don’t often leave reviews, but this location is AWFUL!! Don’t order delivery, and probably best to just avoid all together. The teenagers working there are also clearly spoiled and privileged with no idea how to behave in the real world or provide good customer service.

I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!!

I order a sub and only one piece of meat and cheese with lot lettuce and tomatoes,it was reported to manager so when I went to get my free sandwich with my phone number the the skinny guy work the counter are very racist with only one black work there.....bad business ?

I order a party pack for the guys, they said it was good. When I got to there to pick it up a ordered a unwich, which I have had many times, this was by far the worst put together unwich in history!! The turkey was seemed shredded, and there was a glob of avocado in the center. Even keeping it wrapped in paper, it just fell apart:( Disappointing!! Just subs on bread from now on at Jimmy Johns!!

How to explain, don’t understand basic english, can’t comprehend a simple request, could care less about a costumer, is preoccupied with solving the existential quandary of naval fuzz. I know it’s hard for business owners to find breathing help, but c’mon man. NO FREAKING TOMATO.
