Ordered on the mobile app, we drove out there only to find a piece of printer paper taped to the box saying they're closed. App had no indication they were closed, what a waste of time, I want my gas money refunded. Also the Coke tastes terrible, just go to the Culver's a few blocks down

Every time we go here they miss something in our order or they get it wrong. We went two days ago for dinner. EVERY table in the play area was completely dirty with trash and food on the tables and floors. 3 employees just standing around in back. It's absolutely disgusting. There's no service whatsoever. It's pathetic.

I should have read the reviews before we stopped. I did a mobile curbside order and picked my spot number (2). Waited 20 min with no food, and the drive through had cleared. I went in to check what was going on. Stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone came up to see me. Asked the guy about our order, the guy looked confused about a curbside order, but went to check and my food was sitting there and had been for awhile based on the temp. He said something about there being no confirmation that we were there, so they didn't run it out, but thinking back on it, I don't understand why they would put together the order if there was no confirmation and then let it sit there for 20 min. He then mentioned that he'd freshen my fries for me, which I appreciated, but then he ultimately didn't and just handed me the bag of cold food which I found odd--like why say anything if you weren't going to bother? We were starving at that point, so we took it and left. Conveniently, there was no receipt on the bag for me to review through McDonald's. I'm surprised their app doesn't have an option (or maybe I missed it). It's not the first time we've had questionable service there, and we probably won't be stopping again.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I tried to make an order through the drive-thru. I asked for a large soda. The menu board said they were $1.29. When it comes up it's $1.79. I tried to explain it at both windows. No one spoken English. I wrote a nice email to the company. I got a blow off email. And then another email from the McDonald's team. Telling me they were going to send me some great coupons or something. They sent me a coupon for a free medium soda. I Won't be going back.

Went this morning at 730 am after a 3rd shift. I only got pancakes. The pancakes were old. Hard around the side of the pancakes, and when I cut into them they were falling apart. Soooo mad because I was so hungry I was almost sick, so I was happy to get my pancakes… not good. Had I not been so tired I would have gone back.

This is the worst McDonalds around. Always so slow. The fries never seem to be fresh and they’re always lukewarm. And once again I got Coke instead of Diet Coke that I ordered even though I asked when it was handed to me. I feel bad for the workers but they are always short staffed. Probably the reason they can’t keep anyone.

McDonald’s has been cooking burgers for over 80 years and yet somehow this location hasn’t figured it out. I was served a completely raw burger and only bit into it once I got home.

Took half an hour to get my food (a chicken sandwich and fries) and they got my order wrong and I had to stand inside for another 20 minutes just for someone to give me a cup. There were only 2 people in the dive thru and a family of 4 inside, so they weren't that busy.

Worst McDonald’s. Was the best until new owners. Ran by a bunch of mono toned people who don’t even speak English so every request I make they say “yes yes in bag” then I check for the third time and what I requested is never in the bag so I give up every time. I want what I pay for. They don’t even make the food correctly and it’s so frustrating. I’m surprised this food place is still in business. What a shame.

This is the second time in a row at this McDonalds, I get a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it ends up as a spicy for some reason, it is not acceptable by any means because I do not like eating spicy things for a meal

The morning drive thru lady is the best mcds worker I’ve seen my whole life. We look forward to seeing her everyday

Best burger I ever had at McDonald's, and one of the best I have had anywhere. I can't believe I am actually saying this. This place has a great team. My wife joked that the bathroom was so clean she would have been ok eating her food in there.

I brought my husband with dementia to McD's here in Waunakee. We were out for a drive. He got hungry and is a McD's hamburger lover from way back. Service was fast, restaurant was clean and food was fresh. What I really appreciated was the little area right off the order spot was confortable temp-wise. Too many times his dining experience is made more difficult with the cold air vents blowing at full blast. It sounds trivial but it's a huge thing to us. It's hard enough to make it work for a day out of the nursing home without having to have it marred by that. I'd drive across town again for this alone. Thank you for a bright spot in our day when it's becoming harder to find them!
