Newly remodeled. Brand new play area.

We ordered in app. Didn’t take too long. Needed a packet that no available by the self service area. Staff member looked at me and away. After realizing I wasn’t going anywhere she walked over and stared at me. Asked for a packet that was unavailable. She left and handed me said packet. No verbal communication. Was not impressed with the negative body language and zero communication.

We got everything to go. Promptly unpacked food which was as cold as the employee that put the bag on the counter.

2 drive thru lines but they only service one at a time. If you pull up to the wrong line you will not get your order taken until the other line is completely empty. You'd think they'd do every other, but it's only one

Consistently the slowest service possible. Even when ordering ahead on the app, I am left waiting 20 minutes for my food. Great way to waste a lunch break.

Update: Don't order here. I placed an order through the app, only to arrive and find out the store is closed early. Nonetheless, I am charged for an order. This is just an awful business in all respects.

Tried to use the code on the app for the deals and was told it wasn’t working even tried scanning the code and it wasn’t working but the app said it would work fine and didn’t expire until next month

Tried going thru the drive thru….. big mistake. 4 other cars pulled in behind me waiting and we all left. Seems like they can only fill one order at a time and then keep taking orders from one side tho the person ahead of me ordered just fine…

Came in at 2:30 with two of my kids for a much deserved play date, and discovered that the play place is absolutely filthy. Old French fries were all over the floors, along with stale nuggets and empty/half filled cups. The order was correct, but I had asked for mayo in a cup from the guns they use in the back on the food, and the manager came out and said “Ok so what’s the problem?” As if I really inconvenienced her when I didn’t have a problem at all. Then she came out with a packet of mayo in a cup. That was beyond insulting. I also had an issue with the night manager, he’s extremely rude and doesn’t care about customer needs and prefers to have people wait in line rather than talk to us. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. Won’t be taking my kids back here ever again.

Well they can’t give back change!! Note this the next you go with cash. She said the system said “no change” Probably skimming the cash later!!
The next server comes to the window and hands out 45 cents. Then the manager comes out and says she in training.
Hold the phone the order came to $15.16 the change is 84 cents. They keeping your cash and I bet pocketing for themselves at the end of the shift!
Lawd help the owners! Your staff argues with the customer and keeps stating no change! No receipt printed either. If you head to Middleton McDonalds you always get a receipt! Check your cameras and stock! You’re taking a loss at that McDonalds.

My order was incorrect, and the man at the register took forever.the bathroom was very dirty, and my condiments were not included..they als don't offer zero sugar drinks 😒 very disappointed also ordered dine in everything was put in to go bags. trays were dirty, tables were dirty 😢 😞 I threw my food away and didn't eat!!!

I have a complaint with this place that is here in Waunakee Isaias, the manager, He never wants to help me when I have to go shopping and once he kicked me out of the restaurant while I was still eating my food. His name is Isaias, he is the manager of the night shift.

Ordered on the mobile app, we drove out there only to find a piece of printer paper taped to the box saying they're closed. App had no indication they were closed, what a waste of time, I want my gas money refunded. Also the Coke tastes terrible, just go to the Culver's a few blocks down
