Ordered a pizza online. Web page error, charged my card but store did not get my order. Called store and they didn’t seem to want the business cause they just said call if the charge doesn’t go away. No attempt to take and or deliver another pizza. Done with the bad website and bad customer service.

Placed order and got confirmation email that food would be ready at 5:07. Arrived at drive up at 5:07 and was told they needed 10 more minutes so pulled into parking spot. Waited 35 minutes. Still no food. Checked email which said order was ready. Eight people behind me in drive up line had gotten food. Went in to complain. Was told food wouldn’t be ready until 5:45. Manager came out then went back behind counter and “found” my food. Got it home and it was lukewarm at best. Ridiculous!

This is the most pathetic pizza I've ever had. I ate 4 pieces because I was starving. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I PAID for the extras, but this is what I got. Thin, very dry, pathetic.
No more pizza hut for me. I'd rather have dry toast.

This is the one of the best pizza huts I have been to! The staff is great and always go the extra mile to give you the best experience and if orders are incorrect they will do whatever it takes to get it right.

Had a bit of a snafu with my order. The staff took care of the situation. The order was put in as pick up, I wanted delivery. They remade my order and promptly delivered it.
