I usually don’t review restaurants good or bad but the Waunakee Pizza Hut always goes above and beyond in every way, and they have fantastic pizza (and French fries says my kids). Thank you for always getting our order perfect!!

Wow I’m amazed at how this location has improved over time! Josh was amazing at taking my order and honoring an older coupon! Delicious supreme pizza goes well with garlic sauce! Very clean and accessible location! I’ll definitely be back again!

Accidentally burned my pizza and Brian fixed it even threw in cookie pizza and a 2 liter I was going to pay for. Very generous and problem solving. Brian needs to be promoted.

Ordered a pizza online. Web page error, charged my card but store did not get my order. Called store and they didn’t seem to want the business cause they just said call if the charge doesn’t go away. No attempt to take and or deliver another pizza. Done with the bad website and bad customer service.

Placed order and got confirmation email that food would be ready at 5:07. Arrived at drive up at 5:07 and was told they needed 10 more minutes so pulled into parking spot. Waited 35 minutes. Still no food. Checked email which said order was ready. Eight people behind me in drive up line had gotten food. Went in to complain. Was told food wouldn’t be ready until 5:45. Manager came out then went back behind counter and “found” my food. Got it home and it was lukewarm at best. Ridiculous!
This is the most pathetic pizza I've ever had. I ate 4 pieces because I was starving. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I PAID for the extras, but this is what I got. Thin, very dry, pathetic.
No more pizza hut for me. I'd rather have dry toast.
