I have done drive through here, but never been inside. Today I had some computer work to do. So I decided to get a drink and hang out in the lobby, to take advantage of the free wi-fi. The lobby was empty, it was mid afternoon, and there are windows for a lot of natural light! The couple times I have done drive through, staff was friendly and drinks were made well. Today, I walked in having no idea what I was in the mood for. Nova (I believe their name was), started chatting with me and offered to make me a surprise drink. They asked me a few questions, to gauge some preferences and if I had any allergies. When they finished making my drink, they told me to let them know if I didn't like it (so they could make me something I would like). It was a delicious drink and a fun experience!! Nova was training during my visit, and you can tell they know what they are doing!

They regularly close the lobby due to staffing issues. We ordered and paid online. I sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Just close the store. I would've gone to one of the other coffee places in town if I knew this.

This place goes mad on Friday afternoon after the school ends. Manager must be aware of this and have double the staff during those times. Ordering a coffee takes 20 mins by itself. Then another 30 min to get what you ordered

Went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced chai latte. I accidentally forgot to mention to add a pump of vanilla so I asked if they could add it at the window. The window lady said “sure” and passed it off to the other blonde coworker who proceeded to be very rude/dramatic and stated “OH MY GOD” with an eye roll very LOUDLY. Obviously loud enough I could hear the entire thing. I apologized for the inconvenience. The window lady quickly shut the window on us while the drink was being made, and when she handed it back I again apologized for the blonde girls inconvenience (The window lady never once said sorry for the blonde girls attitude or anything) and then proceeded to very quickly shut the window on us again without as much of a word or anything regarding the situation. Needless to say that will be the first and last time I ever go to that Starbucks. Awful customer service, especially considering they were not busy at all. Was not worth my time or the drink.

I, like many others, was very excited for a Starbucks to finally be opening in my town. It has been nothing but dissatisfaction and disappointment over and over. The staff is nice, but not knowledgeable about the menu or ingredients. The wait times are ridiculous and the most frustrating part is that quite often, the store is closed (but the app says they are open) or the lobby is closed, forcing you to go through the drive-through. This is never updated on the app. It is always just a sign on the door. Starbucks has really become the McDonalds of coffee and the experience is not worth the price they charge.

Grateful for a Starbucks to be located in town, and what a wonderful team to serve the community coffee. This location is often busy but it’s well worth the wait. They empathize with customers when they’re not having a great day, and try their best to turn their days around.
Vegetarian options: Spinach & Feta Egg White Wrap, Roasted Red Pepper & Egg White Egg Bites, Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites, Potato & Chive Egg Bites, Popcorn, Chips, lots of pastries!
Kid-friendliness: Located between a high school, middle school, primary school! Often times kids come here for refreshments after school or on lunch.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lack of automatic door opener, but plenty of setting for wheelchairs. Bathrooms are fully accessible.
