Slow service for those inside ordering. Priority is clearly the drive up window and on line orders. 3 times experiencing this is enough.

I was in the store yesterday and I overheard the manager get mad at staff for spilling some milk. They immediately took that staff number away from making drinks and made them go do something else and even threatened to send them home.

The manager is very rarely present for as often as I’m there, but I hear them being extremely rude and condescending to the kids who work there.

I guess we’ll see how long they stay open because I will not be supporting this store anymore unless the manager gets therapy or fired.

Nice lobby for a star bucks. They don't have someone dedicated as a cashier so it can take a bit to order a drink. I recommend always ordering online at this location. Drink was great.

Despite having seven employees visibly working behind the counter, we stood at the register for nine full minutes without a single acknowledgment--no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Two employees told us they were assigned to the drive-thru and couldn’t take our order, but no one else stepped in to assist. Eventually, we gave up and resorted to ordering our drinks online.

While waiting, I used the restroom, only to find both sides of the large double toilet paper holder completely empty. It was clear this wasn’t a new issue as customers were grabbing napkins on their way in, as if that had become the norm. No staff seemed to notice or care.

It took another ten minutes for our online drink order to be prepared. At no point during this visit did a single employee try to help us or demonstrate even a semblance of customer care.

This location is disorganized, unresponsive, and indifferent. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

At 3:30pm on 5/1 the front door was locked, people seemed to still be inside, but no one could get in. Website and app still showed store to be open.

I ordered online and waited 20 minutes after the estimated time for the order completeness for 4 drinks, they were not busy what so ever 1 car came through the drive through while I was waiting. Not a single of the 4 drinks were made correctly either.

Drinks took 20 minutes to be ready and the 2 times that i’ve gone the drinks are never made right i order shaken espressos and they’re always milky, horrible experience

Drinks and food are exactly what you get at any Starbucks, but the staff can be really useless at times or rude at worst, and the lobby experience is like waiting at the DMV. Fine for order pickups from the drive thru, but not if you have to ask anything of the staff (including something as simple as going inside to pick up an order instead of the drive-thru). For what it's worth, I think this is more a management issue than anything else.

Starbucks is Starbucks is far as the menu goes and offerings but this location has extremely friendly baristas who don't act like you're bothering them if you order something slightly off the menu or ask for a pour over. I'm a slight bit of a coffee snob but find a venti Americano to be pretty good, as with all Starbucks I would avoid the Pike place at all costs as it's complete garbage and they are new blonde roast that has the word soul in it seems to be completely devoid of good coffee flavor and consists solely of every ounce of acid and bitter notes that they can possibly overextract from a coffee bean, you've been warned.
