I’ve ordered via the app and in person, and they always take care of me. Patrick and Cassandra make my sandwiches exactly like I ask, and when I ordered in store they both even double checked to make sure they’d put enough of the toppings I asked for extra of. I really like how friendly and helpful they are. Also, the ingredients are always much fresher than some other subways I’ve been to.

Never got to try it told them after ordering I had a allergy and after I bought my sub was turned down one not cross contaiminated after I pointed out noticing a girl with the same pair of gloves come from the back to work on my sandwich didn’t think of it till I got home then to go back to be denied a new one saying it’s fine. People need to take allergies more seriously!! Thanks to catitlyn bowe? Or bow? There was no manager on duty at the time.. wasted my money and time.

Please pay and staff your employees. Today there was a young man by himself buried in orders. I had an online pick up and people walk in and just bump the online orders. He can’t keep up and it’s not his fault. Been sitting here for 20 minutes past pickup . I’m reminded why I never eat out.

This was a very busy place. We placed an online order and when we walked in the staff acknowledged us and I said we placed an online order and they directed us to where it was waiting. Sandwiches were made as exactly as expected and staff was friendly.
I was there when your employee refused service to a very nice man because of his religious t-shirt. It was "personal" as she stated. He humiliated him. Such disgusting, childish and hateful behavior from an employee should not be tolerated. As someone who hires and fires, she would be fired with cause immediately if that was my establishment. I won't visit your establishment until she if fired. The screenshot is at the exact moment she said "yes, I'm refusing you service"

They have two foreign women on the line that barely speak English and can’t take simple directions. They also have a bad attitude and make it seem as if we are bothering them. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in terms of quality. They don’t know how to spread out the ingredients evenly and can’t even cut a piece of bread and half correctly. I hope Subway leaves this location and they open up something else instead.

The food was so bad there's a dead fly in it and the pretzel sidekick was so bad and so dry that I decide to throw in my garbage disposal the worst subway ever never come and everything was wrong with my sandwich order and the other two is that I got mostly just bad
