We ordered the soup of the day, chips and guac, and cheese curds. Bloody Mary, and three waters. We just wanted a little something before getting on the cruise. It took forever for us to get our simple order. I don't know what other duties our waitress had but we were not a priority. We arrived a little after 11am. The cruise was at 12:30pm. We got our food a little after 12pm. This made for an anxious wait and created a need to gulp down hot soup as fast as I could to get on the boat on time.

Typical Wisconsin bar food. Steaks over cooked. Not bad food just standard fare. Nice atmosphere to have a drink after pulling up on pontoon. Servers were immature.

Go there every chance I get when in Waupaca. The menu has something for everyone and the food is wonderful, as well as the service and the views. Love this place. One of the best in the Midwest.
Loved this place! I ordered a Hickory Burger, and it was scrumptious! The service there was incredible! We got the food in 15 minutes after ordering it! The atmosphere was upbeat and happy, and the prices were nice for such delectable food! The view of the sunset on the lake was beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

It's a beautiful location sitting on one of the hidden treasures of Northern Wisconsin, the chain of lakes. Views of the lake are unbeatable!Unfortunately, we had slow service on this Sunday afternoon, which spoiled our first visit here. Unsure if this is the norm or just a one-off. It wasn't too busy as there was a healthy stock of open tables and we were seated on the patio. Waited at least 15 minutes for a waitress and then 20 more minutes for our drinks. Appetizers took approx 30 minutes to come out with no follow up from the waitress for more drinks....All in all, this was a 2.5 hour trip for great views, decent food and poor service.
Always a great casual place to go. The exceptional are the waitresses who are trained, friendly and know their jobs. I had the Perch Platter and my wife had Freid Shrimp, both were excellent.

A wonderful restaurant! Great atmosphere, live music great food! Sit a chair in the water and enjoy the music. Dock available for boaters, kayaks etc. Waitress comes to the boats , best dang food around !

We had a delightful lunch on the patio with the tour cruise boat coming and going and the local pontoon boats stopping by for lunch and drinks.
The parking attendant last Sunday, while talking to him I think he said his name was Mike but don’t quote me. Was super nice. He recommended what he liked most and was awesome to talk too. Definitely a great first impression to the Harbor and highly recommend going if your looking for great food and a friendly staff!
First time here, had some beers and burgers and fries, which were all quite tasty. The vibe tho...beautiful outdoor area right on the picturesque water really made the whole day a fantastic experience.Water is so clear and perfect. Super relaxing atmosphere, I have to return.

The best place to be on "The Chain" for watching the sunset! Excellent food, drinks, service and very friendly people! Gorgeous property, immaculately cared for and plenty of parking in extra lots. Music! Live bands every weekend in the restaurant's stage, or, on a floating stage out on the lake. A huge deck provides great views and there's dockside service if you come by boat. Family friendly, playground for kids and ice cream shop for grandparents. Now the best part. "Chief Waupaca" and "Lady of the Lakes" boat tours on the famous chain o' lakes! If you come once, you'll definitely be back, bringing your friends and family for a wonderful experience! Don't miss it! Local favorite!

Loved the outdoor seating next to the water. Fun to watch the fish and the boats coming and going. The drinks were good, the food was so-so and expensive.We also did the boat tour on the big paddle boat and that was a blast! Cool to learn about all the lakes.
