If you want ice cream wait 30 minutes for Culvers to open. I have lived in waupaca for close to 10 years and I avoid this store like the plague. In 10 years i have mabey got food / ice-cream here 12-13 times, and with no exaggeration no matter what i ordered, what time I ordered, how much I ordered atlest one item was completely wrong. I just stopped for a vanilla blizzard with m&ms and oreos. I must have said vanilla ice-cream 3 times my daughter got annoyed. Yet I did not get vanilla ice-cream I got chocolate. Now I know its not the end of the world but how do you mess up evry single order over 10 years... that an accomplishment in and of its self.

Stopped here for lunch. I ordered my favorite Flamethrower Burger and although it wasn't bad, it wasn't great. I think that it had too much of the sauce. The service was a little slow. The eating area was clean but the bathroom was not.

$4.28 for a large cone? That cone should be huge but was not. That cone should be fresh, but it was not. The cones top was missing and it tasted stail. Definitely not worth the money.
