Awesome location and great service in the summer! Terrific menu! Love the burgers. Great place for a private event. I like to sit on the deck and have a cold beer and watch the boats go by.

Second time blues fest patrons, ordered from the sushi menu this time and it was awesome!! Attention to detail with all their food, large portions. Very fast efficient service.Parking: With events they will shuttle you to the event and restaurants from area accommodations for free. Great service to ensure parking and safe rides.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp in and out. Tables have room to accommodate a wheelchair.

Went for a friend's wedding reception. Food was great, service was pretty good. Building is a bit older and unfinished, but great location on the water.

This is a really neat place for live music, but the service needs major help. I've been there several times, and the drink service is very slow. They have plenty of employees but don't know how to use them to make them efficient. I've stood in the drink line for 20 minutes while watching employees just stand around. I'm not sure I'll be back.

I hate to write this as the Indian Crossing Casino is an iconic place. I went for “brunch” there not long ago with some friend and family. No one greeted us which is neither here no there but would have been nice to have someone say seat yourself. Thing was the music was so loud you could not even have a conversation across the table. This was 10:30 on a Sunday in Waupaca Wisconsin with family. Not a night club I Miami. Like maybe chill. Just completely unacceptable. Second bartenders seemed more concerned with their Jersey Shore reject friends than customers. Third…buy a power washer and clean the outside of the building. The eves are full of gross stuff. Right outside the windows. Next…clean the place in general. The window sills and surfaces were disgusting and full of bugs and dirt. Table was grossly sticky and when I put some water on it and tried to wipe it down the napkin became black from dirt. Just gross man. Life’s not always a party it’s a restaurant and you should make it somewhat presentable. Lastly…again…turn down the music. There was no DJ. It was just stupid. So many things could easily be fixed if you treated it like a business and not a constant party. Do better. This gets a two star review only because of the location and what the place is. Otherwise it would be one star. I highly recommend people skip this place for any food and move on to wheelhouse or someplace else.

Had a very memorable experience at this waterfront spot! First, the deep-fried cheese curds were absolutely amazing, and the friendly service made us feel right at home. The view of the lake from the docks created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable day on the water!

Nice location but not worth the wait. The service was so slow we left without even placing a food order.

Bar tenders were great! We switched to a table so we could be closer to the water and everything went down hill from there, the waitress for our table never asked us if we needed anything. Food came out one plate at a time with 10 minutes+ between plates and was all cold, except for one batch of fries that looked to be reheated. We use to love this place, but now we will never be coming back. Photos to show the place was not busy, there were at least 4 wait staff on duty plus 3 bar tenders.

It's rustic, meaning not up to date with things like air conditioning and such. But it's historical as a music venue, dating back to the big band Era and continuing to this day. It has a vibe and is directly connected to the chain of lakes, which makes it always feel recreational and fun.

Food was actively bad and overpriced. Burgers tasted gamey/funky. The Cubano was made by someone who had clearly never been within 1000 miles of Miami—bologna-like meat between two regular slices of store bread, not pressed pan Cubano or anything resembling it.Service was somehow worse than the food. When a runner brought out an appetizer (after a significant wait), she pretty much threw it on the table with a grunt. Slammed it down so hard, a cheese curd bounced out onto the floor, which she then proceeded to kick. No plates provided for four to share apps with dipping sauce. Also, everything is a la cart like this place is a high-end steakhouse, so the bill adds up quickly.Subpar service, subpar food equaled over $100 for lunch for four. Yes, we ordered three cocktails but even so. For the price point, the quality shouldn’t fail to compare to The Hut.Big change from how it was a year or two ago, major dip in quality. The spot on the water is lovely and the old building is fun, but the food and service makes this a place to be avoided.

I was there for dinner Saturday night for dinner and watched a manager verbally assault a group of customers. It didn't look like they did anything wrong. He was even swearing at a little girl.

We went to Indian crossing and casino a year ago in 2022 and absolutely loved it! We just went today (2023) and the food and service was terrible. Extremely slow service and inedible food. Communicated this to our waitress and the only thing done was being told “sorry”. What a waste of money and time!!

Awesome historical ballroom/casino! They had bean bags indoors and the kiddos loved playing on the stage (no band was present). Waitstaff was super friendly and helpful. Picnic style seating on picnic tables (at least where we ended up). Food was fantastic and the littles loved eating there! The 5 yo even ate the coconut shrimp and sweet potato fries for the first time!! Definitely a great little place on the river! Highly recommend going!
