We have been coming up to Waupaca for many years and used to have a great experience with this place, but I am not sure what has happened. One month ago I called and was told almost 2 hour wait- which I thought was strange- I was told their online orders were jamming them up. I did not place the order- today I called 45 early to give them time- but not to be- when I got there, they had not even put the pizza in the oven. It seems they have a hard time keeping employees( only had 2). It is just sad- what used to be a good pizza place- has now go way downhill

Order a Hot and Ready pizza and a side of those pizza puffs. When I got home 10 minute drive and opened the containers, the puffs were way over cooked, but edible. The pizza was actually cold and dried out looking. I'm just disappointed. I guess it was only a $12 meal,

This place used to be so good. Now i ordered on the portal. Had to wait, which was fine for me since i anticipated it would be fresh & worth the wait. It was far from.. raw pizza, raw breadsticks, and my cheese bread was smashed all over the inside of the box like someone had dropped it. $40 Im just gonna keep next time

I’m officially not coming to Little Caesars anymore. Y’all always give me dough for breadsticks and every time I get a pizza it’s a literal mess or it’s burnt or not even cooked. Y’all suck and all your employees are different every time. Just spend the extra 5-10 on a chain bar or wheelhouse pizza!

Called in my order verified my large order, but when I picked up my order is was wrong, which was already a hassle because I called in the order instead of using the app,which I told them was the reason im calling in cause the online app did not give option for pretzel crust on a coupon for pretzel crust, and didn't offer any discount for customer service or anything, and no large order discounts or bundles, and didn't offer any info on deals...very disappointed in the attitude of gentleman taking my order..

I ordered my food and I went to pick it up and they had absolutely no idea where my order even was, Waupaca location. I spoke to an actual person and went to go get it. When I got there, my order couldn’t be found what the…. You need to fix this, wasn’t the first issue I’ve had. I’ve held back on rating and review. This is absolutely ridiculous even worse than when DJ Mauss owned the place. Get your stuff together please.

Ordered a large stuff crust pizza with light sauce since they usually load it, I guess that means a few drops here and there. Ordered a zesty cheese bread light sauce since again last few times I ordered it and felt like I was eating more sauce then bread. Same thing once again. Went back in there calm as can be and said he like look and got screamed at by an old man named Brad. Not a very friendly place might need anger management classes.

My wife called at 5:37pm Friday November 22nd and was had the working manager “Brad” have a power trip over the phone. She had to walk into another room so she said “one second” and he hung up on her. We then call back and he’s just as pleasant! Ordered our food and asked for the butter garlic dipping sauces to which Brad fired back “how many of those do you want, THIRTY SEVEN?” We literally just wanted to eat some pizza on a Friday. I do not understand where this guys hostility came from at all. in case Brad is a fake name, my eyes still work! 45-50 years old with shoulder length grey greasy hair and glasses with a short beard. If that’s the type of managers this place hires I won’t be back. my wife didn’t deserve that.

Always on top of things here. Fast and friendly. Let's be honest, these are cheap pizzas made fresh and they're pretty decent. These aren't meant to be gourmet, top of the line pizzas. At the prices they charge, They can't put extra layers of cheese or tons of toppings... But I don't think I've ever received a burnt pizza from them. I've also never had to wait an extremely long time and I've never had an employee treat me badly. If I'm ever having a terrible day and I run out of time, I know I can cheer my kids up by ordering a pizza and it'll be easy to swing in and pick up. And the sizes are really good!
Oh! and the bread sticks...actually way better than other places!
It would be awesome if (since Little Caesars doesn't burn their crust) They would come out with a breakfast pizza! But I'll take what I can get! 😁
