I asked if any of they had any gluten free bread. I don't think they understood the question, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, when they held up a roll appearing to be wheat-like, i trusted that the roll was GF. It was not. When I unwrapped the sandwich, it was obvious that the bread was not GF. I suffer serious consequences when I eat gluten 😕 So I scooped off the toppings and put them on some rice crackers i had in the car.

It's crazy how inflated these reviews are. The service, environment and the new workers along with the new Manager are not worth these positive reviews. If I could give the place ZERO stars, I would.

Multiple times I've gone to order a sub, they mess up the order. There's hardly any content on the sub and they can't wrap their sandwiches properly so most of the little content it had fall out the ends. The workers can't seem to understand English. And because I've gotten sick of them getting my orders wrong, I've actually gone myself so I can tell them how I'd like it made and they still didn't care. I contacted the new Manager and he did nothing. No apologies, no refund, and was basically ignored. The interaction was practically pointless and they could careless about their business or the way they do things.

This place is the closest subway to me and because they're so awful at doing their job, I have to drive to the other side of town if I want Subway.

These people do not know how to make anything at this subway. I asked for a wrap. The lady looked at me and had no idea what it was. I had to point to the menu and she still didn’t get it. Finally when she went to make it she did it the worst way possible. She made it the opposite way so it was just a horribly long taco. She didn’t roll it up like how it’s supposed to be and cut it in half like it was a regular sub. It was soggy and so difficult to eat, the bread was falling apart and it took me 15 mins to eat one of the halves. These new owners have been ruining my food every time I go here. Nobody go here, the owners will give you a bad experience. They aren’t trained properly and don’t know how to do their jobs right.

This is the cleanest subway and gas station location I’ve ever been to I loved the workers they were so friendly and unlike the reviews don’t come with a wrong perception these people are so nice, I see a lot of dumb comments but it was nothing like that, it’s my to go subway from now on 🙌🏻❤️

i brought the five dollars dorrito nacho thing looks nothing like the picture and not even worth the money. hardly any meat not enough cheese 3 servings would be one i will never eat at your store again. i could have gone to mcdonalds and got more food for what i paid for

These people just bought this Subway about a month ago. They are from India. I stopped to order an Outlaw and a Protein Bowl. It was awful. I told them to toast it and they didn’t . The sandwich was cold. My protein Bowl I would have them stuck it on the toasting machine. , instead they walked over I said what are you doing 9ut it in the oven. They said no, we Microwave. I said no. My salad was ice cold and I live 3 mins away. I will be using the subway on the west end of town not the one on Churchill Street, Waupaca.
