Got the Cubano with chips and a beer cheese dip sauce and all I can say is WOW!!! Excellent! Cooked perfect and the sauce was unbelievable! Will definitely be back! Very kind staff and a great atmosphere!

Superb locally sourced food , Fresh! Nice menu featuring salads, paninis, soups & sandwiches Not your usual dull foods . They have limited hours always closing by 3 pm. Excellent place for lunches , cute & comfy inside . They also cater & have soups & lasagna dishes to take home & cook . So glad we stopped in we will definitely return . I will stop in soon & try their foods to take home to heat up

Great little restaurant..friendly staff and owners. Great food too. We had lunch twice and a takeout. Very unusual salads..so different and tasty. The chef is not afraid to experiment with flavours. Amanda was so lovely. We were visiting from Scotland..wish we had somewhere at home like this place. XParking: Easy to park across the road

The food here is so fresh and tasty! We ate here for the first time in August, while on vacation with our family. It's a cozy place with the cooking area visible, which was pretty cool. Everyone was really friendly. I love that you can tip the cooks (in beer). My husband had the WISCO - it was AMAZING!! I had the mac n cheese with a side of marinated mushrooms - equally amazing!! My son had the mac n cheese with pork belly - ditto. We will be back regularly, it's a fantastic place!!

We stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of the Bookcellar and Aquamos Coffee staff and we were blown away by how great everything is about this place. The food was so good we came back for the lunch the following day to try something different. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, the vibe is laid back, and the food is delicious. If you're in the area, don't miss out on a great meal.

Ate there today for 1st time and it was so good me and my husband be going back forsure.
Stopped at SB back in May for lunch. My 3rd or 4th time visiting and it is delightful every time. I love that they have a rotating menu in addition to their menu staples. As a vegetarian, I'm always grateful to see options that are anything but boring or lacking. The pear salad definitely delivers tons of flavor and filling ingredients, and the Mac & cheese is so comforting. It was my partners first time and he really enjoyed his sandwich too. It might be on the higher end for casual lunch pricing in Waupaca, but it is worth every penny!

The perfect cafe for an amazing lunch! Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the staff is amazing! If you’re a dog lover or owner, their outdoor patio is dog friendly which is a huge perk! Highly recommend eating here!!

How does one define "best"? Would I need to try every single eatery in a geographic area to base my assumptions on? While I can't confidently say this is the best joint in Wisconsin, it certainly has to be up there insofar as central Wisconsin establishments. The lasagna, being so meaty, hearty and flavorful you'd swear it came from an authentic Italian hole-in-the-wall. The pulled pork (drenched in their bbq sauce) just shines as bright as any respectful bbq place. The barbecue pastrami sandwich (go figure), was pretty insane, too. No, I haven't been to every supper club or obscure restaurant in Central Wisconsin. But having frequented "up north Wisconsin" (family owns a lake house up there) since I was 5 years old, not once could I remember a place that I felt had better food. Whenever I make the trek up from Illinois, I always stop in, as well as grab one of their frozen lasagnas or bbq chili bowls to go. That's saying something.
