Ice cream shop has a lot to pick from, except they don't carry bubble gum anymore ?.The Red Mill gift store is very reasonable,the outside is breathtaking and the kids can tube or just play in the water.One of my favorite places to go.

This has been our go-to coffee and ice cream hang out every Friday for years now. It's the cutest place around! And they make really good affogato! (They add caramel sauce and whipped cream if you want it...and you do!)
Parking: Plenty of Off street free parking. Never had trouble finding parking
Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun options for kids. Walking trail out back by the river for gazing and fun family time

Low quality food and hot chocolate and high prices this is honestly a tourist trap. You can buy the same merchandise at micheals or hobby lobby much cheaper. The atmosphere is cozy if you find that cluttered gift shop feel cozy. The veiw of the river just about the best thing.
Cappuccino, turkey egg sandwich and a chocolate chip scone prepared by a friendly staff. If this coffee shop were in metro Milwaukee, the line would be out the door.

Love this place! We were married in the little Chapel in the Woods in 1990. New owners have done a terrific job in restoring this historical landmark. Also added a top notch coffee and ice cream shop.
