Been going here as long as I can remember, however in the past month I've had alot of my stuff not showing in the bag. Recently I've paid for extra cups of ranch or asked for ketchup packets with the meal or large fries, but as soon as I arrive home none of these things I pay extra for are there. It's a bit disappointing to see this place go from excellence to another fast food chain that forgets about your orders several times in a row.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes at the head of the line after we put our order in. Three cars behind us got their full order made and brought out before they could scoop 3 dishes of custard. Had to call the restaurant to get them to fill our order.
I walked in looking forward to a delicious dinner. When I walked in a young man was mopping the floor so, out of common courtesy, I cut through the dining room to not mess up his work. Granted, the drive through was busy, but I was the only one at the counter. I waited longer than I should have and didn’t attract the attention of anyone- except the boy mopping the floor. He practically mopped over my shoes without saying excuse me or an apology. So, I left and am going to drive to Beaver Dam where they understand the importance of customer service!
