Best subs you can get. The staff is incredibly friendly and bathrooms are very clean. It’s a great place to sit and eat or grab to go. I love the fact that they’re healthier version of a lettuce wrap is also gluten-free. Makes it really easy to grab lunch or an easy dinner.

We were charged $2.19 for a cup of water. Should have offered the small 'free' cup. I asked about the charge after seeing the receipt - that's just wrong!

Ordered a sandwich to be delivered and it had horseradish in it. I’m allergic so I called JJ back and they sent me another one. 30 minutes later, I called them back and they said they delivered it 20 minutes ago and they supposedly knocked and I didn’t answer. Driver never knocked just threw my food on the ground and left. I have a ring camera to prove it. I use to order there all the time. I will never go there again.

Be sure to look at your BLT meat. We ordered there last night and within 45 min, my husband was extremely ill. Couldn't stop doing all the things, ie vomiting. We were told it was food poisoning.

This' my favorite Jimmy John location! I will wait getting lunch in fond du lac, and drive to Waupan for food instead. The staff here are always friendly and help me understand my perk rewards when I have questions. This location is always clean, and my order is usually done by the time I finish paying.
