Once again I ordered through the app, like they recommend, and order table service only for them to not deliver to our table. I went to check on my order and found it sorting on the back counter waiting for more food for a couple minutes while the fries were sitting on the tray getting cold. My wife's food never came and we finally got it after 22 minutes when I finally got a workers attention. Table service is offered in the app but they don't actually offer it in the restaurant. Another family with kids also went to find their order sitting on the counter for them after not receiving it despite having a table tent for table delivery. If you're not going to offer table service don't offer it in the app or at the counter or kiosks.

I order a value meal to go at 10:32am. When I got home and looked at the fries, it's obvious they weren't just made. They taste and look like yesterday's! Truly disgusted!

This place was very clean and the workers were very nice and they missed a few things on are order but they fixed it right away and was very nice about it nice clean place to sit and eat and restrooms were clean also definitely would stop in here again
Went through drive thru. Ordered Steak egg and cheese bagel. Received bacon and egg bagel. Can't believe they can't get a simple order right.

Went through drive thru 12/15 at 5pm. Ordered a Big Mac meal and Quarter pound meal. Paid for it and was told to pull forward. Did so and then proceeded to watch 6 cars behind me get their food. Waited 10 min, finally went in and ask for my money back. That service was unacceptable. Will never eat here ever again. Was a fast food manager for 10 years and that's unacceptable service. If I could give them a minus star I would

This is the third time I’ve been to this McDonald’s and the Big Macs have very little sauce. All of our food was room temperature or cold and we waited for over ten minutes. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for at-least a hour in the warmer. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.
