Mercedes was wonderful! I called a couple hours ahead to let them know I was bringing in a hungry high school baseball team around noon. She was ready for us and gave us a separate room to relax in. Unfortunately another baseball team arrived right before we did and she didn’t know they were coming. They had plenty of food continuously being brought out so we had plenty of options. We had over an hour to kill and she was so attentive. She was a wonderful host! I would definitely recommend this Pizza Ranch!

We were there about 7pm and unfortunately, the chicken wasn't fresh. Been there before and didn't have any issues so hopefully it's not the normal situation. We'll go back again

Went at 2:40 on Tuesday .. Chicken was cold green beans looked like been on buffet for a week. No soup.. 2 Chicken Fries n no more. Gravy looked like they didn't even stir it.... Pizza was barely warm..... Think everything was let from lunch. 4 pieces of cactus bread n 3 pieces of the cookie...... Put out knew corn n left old corn out n knew gravy that looked like they dumped in with old gravy.....Not worth the money......

We came from out of town and were unfamiliar with Waupun..needed to get a bite to eat so stopped at Pizza Ranch. The entrance was not well marked, so we wound up in the wrong door. It was very dark inside, so we were unsure if it was open..The counter person was polite, but not overly friendly. Not rude, just not necessarily interested.The food looked old and many of the toppings on the salad bar looked unsafe. I am very familiar with food service and I am very sure that they were past expiration dates.Even though the dining room was mostly empty, there were no places to sit as all the tables were dirty.I definitely can not recommend this place.
