Ordered two combo meals. Didn't receive tortilla chips nor crunchy taco. When brought to the staffs attention, they made a comment about not getting mad that they had to give out a taco which was originally meant to be in the order.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! On 8-30-24 Went to Taco Bell around 11pm after a 16 hour shift, I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos, and a burrito supreme meal with a root beer and nacho Bell grande meal with a root beer, no tomato no beans, extra meat extra cheese! I had to tell the girl with BIG glasses and big eyelashes 2 times what this order was! After the 3rd time of her still having this simple order wrong she told me to pull ahead! When I got to the window she was Extremely distraught about something, something not good happened in that Taco Bell before me getting there, I kept telling her I had another order to Put through and she said she couldn’t do that right now! When the food came to the window she told me I could go but I still didn’t have my sodas from my meal! My meal was 27.00 and some change . When I got home I called Taco Bell to let them know my order was NOT right at all , the guy on the phone told me to come in when I could to get the meals I ordered the right way! On 9-2-24 I stopped to get the meals I was owed A guy came to the counter with a beard net on Glasses a Taco Bell shirt and pants with car keys in his hand, he approached the counter with a Big Sigh and huff while saying to me and my GF “ what are you doing here”, I ignored that he said that because wasn’t sure why he said this, I explained that I was there to get my food Friday night he said “ yea I know what do you want”?! I started to order and when my gf when to order what she was suppose to get he appeared upset and said “ ARE YOU SURE THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED CUZ ITS ALREADY AT 27.17, and turned the monitor around towards me I asked then why he was so mad, and being so rude he replied “ I am not I am just talking”! My Gf told him he was being very rude and he said “ you both need to leave the store”!! We left with no refund of our food and they refused to make me knew food! DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE TACO BELL STORE FRANCHISE OWNER?? Please let me know Thank you!!

If I could give the waupuns taco bell less than 1 star I would. Drive thru person had her ear buds in whilst on drive thru, the one who took the order wasn't paying attention was talking to co-workers. Ordered 2 mexican pizzas and a few other things for my family. Mexican pizzas are on the bottom of the bag with all the heavy burritos and tacos on top! This isn't the first time. Literally everytime!!!! I need to know; do you put your eggs on the bottom of the bag at the grocery store!? Also had 4 drinks and had to ask for a drink carrier, they usually double up, not this time 2 large drinks all over my brand new car. ?? yall suck

Your manager has a horrible attitude there was an issue with my food I don't know if I bumped the wrong button somehow but what I selected is not what the computer gave me I was overcharged and then your manager tried to charge me for a completely whole new order when I just wanted one item fixed and more importantly she was just really rude and then at the end I did not say thank you but she was like you're welcome. Just really rude no name tag really rude bad customer service you however do have a young lady working here who's very nice and very sweet I wish that she would have been the one to help me because the manager was just rude she was rude when I told her there was something broken in the bathroom before I even got my food and then she was rude when there was an issue with my food. Point blank your manager at this location does not have customer service skills she rolled her eyes at me and she's just really rude

There was a funny guy and he was familiar. He gave us 2 large drinks for free. If you visit waupun, i recommend Taco
This place claims they are open 9am-9pm or later for dine in, but they never are. The doors are sometimes locked by 8. Pure lazy and full of excuses because they claim to be understaffed. Either stay open to your posted hours or change your hours. It's annoying to drive all the way here to dine in and find out they already locked the doors!

Did mobile pick up order . 10 mins at the drive thru speaker no answer .(this has happened before we ended up going in last time ) went to door also locked . Called store was told they were heating up food so they couldn't serve for another 15 to 20 mins . 0 stars would not recommend
