Ordered a Nachos bell grade with extra cheese, meat, and sour cream. It cost over $10 they forgot the tomatos, and there still wasn't enough toppings to eat all the chips. I was VERY disappointed because 2 weeks ago I ordered the same thing same place and it was perfect.

What is the deal with have to order at the kiosk. Can we ever get customer service back. They had plenty of staffing. Very unprofessional and impolite how they ask. How bout welcome to Taco Bell. Ill be right with you or if you prefer you can use the kiosk. Ive never give a bad review. First ever... please fix this.

Averages out to 13 per person, they skimp on their tacos, and when you ask for an order of Cinnabons, you get 2 tiny ones for 2.19!! Their food is longer filling and it's as expensive as a sit down restaurant and the quality has gone down significantly. Im going to stop supporting taco bell.

We ordered 3 meals. 2 of the 3 were horrible! The burrito combo with Steak was missing the burrito. The quesadilla combo, I wanted no sauce and it was on it, and to top it off we ordered 2 fiesta potatoes and the potatoes were gross. This Taco Bell just keeps getting worse, to the point that we have to drive out of town just to go to a good one.... very sad

Ordered the same meal that I had at a taco bell in Fond DU lac a week earlier. Liked the meal in Fond DU Lac. The meal from Waupun was horrible. The meal had about half of ingredients as Fond DU Lac meal and meat was dry and seemed very old and stale. I ate a little and just threw out the rest.

Ordered 2 beef supreme burritos at drive thru. 2 hours later upon returning home found them to contain nothing but refried beans and maybe a pinch of cheese. No meat at all.
they never seem to answer their phone n when u try calling a couple times they unhook the phones so u can get thru to them i had have a door dasher call me n give her phone to the manager just to let them know they are always forgetting items in my order and she was super rude like it didnt matter at all all she said was well its in there now so u will get it i wish it would let you rate 0 stars has a former manager in fast food this is totally uncalled for one time i went in the kitchen staff on the line were fighting and yelling at each other im surprised they r still open for buisness

I have been here 3 times for lunch and each time it has taken my entire lunch to get my food! So I buy food and I don’t have time to eat . Staff yelling at each other and very upset customers!! This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to.

I've gone here a few times. Each time my Baja blast freeze doesn't taste at all like Baja blast, and today 02/28/25 I got lettuce on all 4 of my soft shell tacos when I ordered them no lettuce on the website. I always immediately check my order after drive thru. I've never fully trusted a taco Bell and I'm glad I don't because of this situation. I went back around and got the correct tacos this time and got two free taco cards. Drive thru man was nice about the problem at least.

On 01/29/25 I stopped in for dinner. The manager on the clock at the time, Clayton, was extremely respectful and polite. He made our dinner not just quick but also hot and fresh. We ate in the lobby and watched this crew of workers cleaning non stop while taking orders in drive through. Very clean and great atmosphere.
