They can do better! Multiple times I have ordered food here and they forget stuff that I tell them like cheese, and I get charged for it, also they should not be charging for a gluten-free bun. Not really fair they dont do it for a regular bun so why gluten free or atleast do half off $2 for some pieces of toast is outrageous It used to be that way where they wouldn't charge. They changed the whole menu. Got rid of some items and charge for the gluten free bun now!

They have a restaurant if you choose to eat there they also have homemade comfort foods that are Frozen that you can take home. Drivers they have washers and dryers there and showers. It's always quiet there. And the people there are always smiling which US truck drivers appreciate

Place is really disappointing. Ordered 10oz ribeye said well done and no pink. Food came out, half of the steak was pink. Had to find somebody to send steak back, then, when the steak came back, it was pinker inside than the last one. Male and female cook in the kitchen were arguing about the temperature of the steak says well done, but we specifically asked for no we pink. Service was bad, no refills on drinks. Our server never asked how food was. Told them I didn’t care about the steak anymore. I paid for everything and left.
Love this truck stop. There is a lot of parking and they have a lot of food options.

We stopped in here after going to the Horicon Marsh and were absolutely delighted! Super cute restaurant and the food was delicious! Best homemade chips I ever had. And Emma H was such a great waitress! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stop!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was sitting at the counter when two of the sweetest waitresses came in visibly upset and quit on the spot due to poor treatment under new management. I overheard the owner, Cal, showing zero concern for their well-being or the fact that they were leaving. It’s heartbreaking to see kind and hardworking staff being treated this way. This place used to feel welcoming, but not anymore. Unless they start treating their employees better, I won’t be coming back—and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. 😡
