Fish fry Friday. Salad bar: lettuce salad was good. Nice variety of toppings and dressings.Dinner: Breaded fish was a bit dry and not much flavor.

Went 4 weeks ago and never posted the below.Horrible experience. Went to fish fry at 7 pm. Noting left in salad bar, asked waiter if it would be refilled, he said yes and added more lettuce about 10 minutes later. The food was cold, and fish had the fishy taste to it. The batter and potatoes were very salty. Watched an elderly couple come in, they never got refills so the ge tleman went to the restroom and got water. The waiter was very unattentive. There were only 3 tables including ours and they were 2 tops.I do not recommend this place. They used to have great food and service but no more.

The atmosphere here was not very nice. Had most of the lights shut off. The bartender had to wait on tables and bartend. Fish and salad bar. We're good. The outside not tidy at all!

Wonderful salad bar. Bartender(Marilyn) didn't get drinks right even after we told her twice. Beer batter fish sucked. Very soggy as if it was not cooked long enough.

Stopped with my husband for lunch. Worst prime rib sandwich I've ever had and fries were way undercooked. Server not friendly or fast.
Very rude customers especially if you are not a regular. Waited over 1 1/2 hours and still not called to eat even with many tables open. Walked out will NEVER come back.

I've been going to this place for decades...way before the Bladers bought it. Bladers have owned it now for at least 20 years and food and service have had their ups and downs. My wife and I went there recently for dinner, mostly because we were too tired to drive any greater distance and it's only about 4 miles from our house. I had a 16 oz. prime sirloin smothered in peppers and onions. It was delicious and perfectly cooked to medium rare as I like it. The meal started with a simple but fresh and crisp iceberg lettuce salad which was wholly enjoyable. I had a choice of potato and I picked french fries, they were also good. My wife had an open face prime sirloin sandwich, and for $10 it was a steal. I can't really see how it was any different than my steak, to be frank. You can't go wrong at that price. She also had some wedge potatoes smothered in a cheesy sauce, they were outstanding. Service was good, food was great, we'll be giving this another try in the near future.

Went with wife,son and in-laws for the Mother's Day Brunch. Had a 11:30 reservation and walked right in to our table. It was outstanding! Staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Chicken was out of this world! We will be back again.
