Why does the hours signs say the lobby is open until 11:00 but the doors are locked at 7:00? Or maybe it's some doors? Why do I need a map to figure out the doors/times rules?

Parents with small children beware!
My family and I were excited to enjoy and visit this McDonald's for the first time and experience the play place. Immediately upon entering the play area, it was freezing! Like 45°-50° max. Literally the other children were shivering and the other parents were wearing their coats with hands in pockets to stay warm. Within several minutes a young boy (7-10 yrs) sitting at the tables in the play place began talking in very loud profanity (F bombs, etc.). After a minute or so he left the play area. The other parents and I looked at each other not sure where their guardian was. Another parent went to the counter to inquire about the boy and a woman in a black manager shirt, very rudely stated the child was her son before aggressively walking past the parent to pick up her son's belongings scattered on the floor throughout the restaurant. The bathrooms were also disgusting (not even any soap in the women's bathrooms).
I fully understand how hard it can be to obtain childcare and to provide for your family but to allow your child to behave so inappropriatly in front of children under 5 is unacceptable.
Disgusting facility and not child appropriate.

This place sucks!! I came here after a Varsity football game and I tried ordering at the kiosk and the machine does not have a receipt paper. So we try to order at the front desk and nobody is there. Everyone in the back is not wearing gloves and I recommend that this place sucks.

Dirty and slow,,,,ended up throwing everything.....fellar handing out food coughing, touching a garbage can and No Washy of da hands!!!
Typically I don't like to go to this McDonald's frequently as there is always an issue when I go there. Today for example, in the drive-thru line I wasn't ready to order so I had to wait which wasn't a problem. Then I sat there for several minutes saying hello before. Finally the person on the radio answered and took my order. Then to top it all off. Once I got home I realized that I was given the wrong sandwich and it was wrung up wrong. On the receipt. I asked for a number 10 and a number two. I got two number tens. Staff is generally not friendly nor do they greet you. Nor do they acknowledge you even when you say. Now I have a breakfast meal that I won't even eat. I cannot stand how rude the staff is at this place.

Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes to finally get a person on the speaker for them to ask what I want to then tell me hang on and took the other speakers order who pulled in after me. They pulled forwards and I still sat with no answer for another 10 for them to come on the speaker as I pulled away
