Typically I don't like to go to this McDonald's frequently as there is always an issue when I go there. Today for example, in the drive-thru line I wasn't ready to order so I had to wait which wasn't a problem. Then I sat there for several minutes saying hello before. Finally the person on the radio answered and took my order. Then to top it all off. Once I got home I realized that I was given the wrong sandwich and it was wrung up wrong. On the receipt. I asked for a number 10 and a number two. I got two number tens. Staff is generally not friendly nor do they greet you. Nor do they acknowledge you even when you say. Now I have a breakfast meal that I won't even eat. I cannot stand how rude the staff is at this place.

Waited in drive through for over 15 minutes to finally get a person on the speaker for them to ask what I want to then tell me hang on and took the other speakers order who pulled in after me. They pulled forwards and I still sat with no answer for another 10 for them to come on the speaker as I pulled away

Made us pull forward because our breakfast wasnt ready. Then brought out the wrong order. I go inside where the other customer was returning our order. Clerk grabs bags switches orders and sends us on our way. Get to the car to realize there was a giant bite out of the hashbrown ( not from me) with ketchep around it. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
If you f up someones order at least make them a new one. Also dont stare blankly when we return the half eaten food.

Beware of this location as they take your money then say you didn’t pay. If you pay in cash ask for (a receipt at the window you paid at). If you use a bank card down load the application so you can show the bank transaction to prove you paid. Very frustrating for your customers to experience this kind of customer service.
