We stopped at this Subway early on a Monday afternoon. The service was better than most Subways I have been to. The ingredients were fresh, they don't skimp on how much they put into the sandwiches, and the sandwich artists were very polite, friendly and engaging. I would definitely visit this Subway again!

I just had the worst experience I've ever had with Subway. First, when I went to order online to get one of the online deals, every single one said not available at this location okay so I thought maybe I could get it if I just went in no such luck. I was met with two employees that apparently had no idea about anything. So I got frustrated and since I was hungry but didn't want to pay full price for their sandwiches I just ordered the foot long nachos. As I was being checked out, I realized that I was offered the option of chicken or steak which the employee never told me about and he gave me attitude when I asked if I could get steak. Which I never got. As I was being checked out, apparently there was something wrong with the cash register. They couldn't open it. I sat there for approximately 8 minutes waiting for them to try and figure it out and to call and talk to the manager on the phone. By this time I was very frustrated. It was hot out and I had my dog in my car. The girl, who by the way, couldn't talk loud enough for anybody to hear her said the manager will be there in a couple of minutes. In other words, I was expected to wait for the manager to come there to get my food. Frustrated. I just asked for my money back and went to A&w. Every single time I try to order online. I have issues but this was ridiculous being told to wait for the manager to get there from wherever it'll be a while before I decide to give them my business again. It's very poor customer service

Jake and Cody did a fantastic job at a very complicated order.
We ordered three very difficult footlong meals and a footlong nacho.
One of the orders literally had EVERYTHING on it and it was very well constructed and nothing was oozing out of it. The nachos tasted awesome with cool ranch Doritos.
And the double meat double cheese flat bread with a bunch of sauces and veggies was extremely tasty and well put together as well.
These gentleman ever made small talk as we were the only customers and were very hospitable.
Loved the positive experience as we are from Minnesota made the trip even better as a dinner than most sit down restaurants.

I went into this Subway hoping to be able to get a sandwich but the employees were too busy to take my order. I stood there for 5 minutes while they talked. And then I decided to leave. So if you want fast service or any service at all I'd recommend you go to any other restaurant in wautoma.

Service was a little slow, but the sandwiches were great. The pomegranate vitamin water mixed with the lemonade tasted just like a red icee. Definitely recommend trying that combo.

Went to get dinner after a long day and at 8:45 the doors were locked and the open light was off. Why have a closing time of 9pm if you're not going to stay open until then.

The prices on the menu board are lower than what they actually charge you. They won't adjust them to match the menu board. "Sorry, corporate must have changed it, and we can't fix the problem. Call corporate and complain!!" Guess what? There is no number for corporate!!! I won't be going back there!!!

Not good ordered a 12 inch meatball asked for honeywheat bread got white and was not very fresh at all the employees seemed confused on what I ordered over all not happy will go to waupaca for now on ...

Love me some Subway. One of my favorite stops. Can be a bit expensive, but they almost always have coupons available that make it super affordable. Food is amazing. Also have really enjoyed the staff. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, fast food is the way of my life. Because I traveled so much. I don't blame fast food Chains For what has been happening recently. The food is still good. It's just that the portion is shrinking and shrinking. I don't blame them at all. I blame Joe Biden. He has destroyed our country in 3 years.
