Went here on 2/26/24 First time I have ever been to this Subway. Located in Wautoma WI. It's right off hwy 21 near downtown. Store is in what I think used to be a home at one time? Right on a corner. Can't miss it. Use the app and order ahead and u can pick it up as u go thru town. I think they also have a drive thru window? I got a footlong BMT. Had A coupon. Bread was very fresh. All the veggies were very fresh. I did each half the sand which inside. Tuesday store itself was very clean. I would recommend this Subway. There are some other fast food places in town, but they will take some time to get used to the food. So I would say hit up Subway! U til the next review, Steve-O, out!

Unfortunately, fast food is the way of my life. Because I traveled so much. I don't blame fast food Chains For what has been happening recently. The food is still good. It's just that the portion is shrinking and shrinking. I don't blame them at all. I blame Joe Biden. He has destroyed our country in 3 years.

Made an order online for a toasted chicken sub with onions peppers, provalone cheese and hot sauce. When i picked it up and got home i seen it had all the jalapeños on one side, wasn't toasted, had no sauce and they said it was double meat, but certainly wasn't, they couldn't have got it more wrong if the store was run by children on a sugar rush with ADHD. The only saving grace is they were nice at least.

Drove 15 minutes to get there at 8:40pm on Tuesday night. And they were closed. Their hours on the door and online state they are open until 9pm. Now 2 nights in a row they weren't open their posted hours..

Went in at 7pm. Said they didn't have change for a $50. You don't keep two $20's in your drawer? I left. Spent my hard earned money down the road. I won't be back.

Normally I have a good interaction with this Subway but I just went there and the first worker couldn't hear me, but waited until I was done talking to start the order and then ask what I wanted on it. She AGAIN couldn't hear me so I spoke up and she missed a topping and went to toast it. I tried to stop her and she either couldn't hear me or ignored me. She could've repeated my order back to me to make sure that didn't happen since she couldn't hear me. And then the second worker I said I just wanted mayo and when she was done putting it on said "That's it? No veggies or nothin'?" She either said that because she thought I was at fault for the topping not being added despite me saying it 4 TIMES, or she was just calling me fat without saying it because I have NEVER had an employee say that to me even when I had lots and lots of mayo put on or when I had other non-veggie things on it too. As if it wasn't bad enough, as I filled up my soda, which I JUST GRABBED, there was a hair in it. I have never seen this at Subway and I've been eating at them for years.

Pathetic. Bad enough that they don't accept the promotions offered by most other Subway's but then can't get the order right and can't refund what they forgot to put in the bag before they placed it on the rack. I will definitely stop using this location and patronize Waupaca instead where it's alot cheaper as well.
