I’m sure the food is good. But you’d have to have service in order to find out. Why should I be standing there waiting for my order to be taken while everyone is shooting the shit with other mall employees. I didn’t even get to order. Who wants to wait till someone’s done with their conversation to order?
So maybe if you want too sell pretzels you should serve customers

Lazy workers! I came there on a Saturday and I was 3rd from the front and it took 30 minutes to order. None of the employees were taking anyone orders and were just standing around hanging out. There was a huge line of people waiting. As soon as it was my turn the lady told me that this is all she have which was 2 cups of pretzels. She told me and everyone else that it will be atleast 30 minutes before a fresh batch to came out. I walked away and so did half of the people in line. They did not keep track of inventory and nobody has 30 minutes or so to come back. All of these employees should be fired. I highly recommend hiring new employees that actually want to work and fire all these people so they can just stay home so they can be lazy and hangout all they want.

If I could rate zero I would there always out said pretezles or there stale. The customer serving in mid at most and they never seem to care about giving a quality experience.

Disappointed by the experience at Auntie Anne's Mayfair Mall. While my boyfriend ordered, a male employee loudly reprimanded our family—including a baby—for standing near the entrance. His tone was aggressive and unnecessary. I responded at the same volume and tone, simply mirroring how we were addressed. Staff didn’t escalate further, but the employee who initiated the confrontation just walked away, leaving the situation unresolved.

The store itself appeared out of compliance: handwritten signs everywhere, digital menu screens off, and no clear system for managing the queue. If mall pressure is driving this behavior, management should find better solutions than shouting at customers. Professionalism and clear signage should come before confrontation.

Good food but the service is much to be desired. Employees were rather cranky and rude. If you can look past it, the pretzels are always fantastic.

Board shows small and regular sizes for everything. I was told that they were out of small for everything. BS. You couldn’t put less in a larger cup if you were out. Robbery!!!!! Never coming back. You suck.

This location is very unprofessional, extremely rude and disorganized. I work at this mall location, Mayfair so I’m there pretty often to know. The heat case for food is always empty, and they will refuse to make certain dishes simply because they’re “alone”. Not sure who’s the manager then need a new team

Store hours must be different for this company! I wanted to place an order for pretzels after noon. But the rude lady said she had no idea when she was going to open up.
Then she told me she wasn’t ready to open any she didn’t care if I came back.
