Great Ice Cream.

Always go there in February for a specific flavor of ice cream. They are the only ones who I found that carry it and sells in by the half gallon.

Staff is excellent. If you have a problem you can reach a manager. I found BRTOSA staff mostly friendly; always friendly if I’m friendly first 👍🏽

OREO S'mores Ice Cream: Baskin-Robbins was conceived in 1945 by ice cream lovers Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins. Being bored by their competitor's mundane options of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, they vowed to offer 31 unique flavors. Since then, Baskin-Robbins has introduced 1,400 flavors, offering the perfect flavor for everyone and every occasion. The aim of this summertime flavor is to take the consumer on a journey back to nostalgic campfire memories, where the air was filled with laughter accompanied by the aroma of toasted marshmallows. Will it win over this former Boy Scout, current camper, and s'mores connoisseur? Their ambitious flavor is comprised of two different ice cream bases, toasted marshmallow and graham. It will likely vary from scoop to scoop, but my dish was heavier on the marshmallow. This isn't a complaint, as it's the most authentic toasted marshmallow flavored ice cream I've encountered (and I've had a fair share). Not to worry, there was still hints of graham/graham cracker flavor to complete the illusion of s'mores. Taking things up a notch, the ice cream is also teeming with OREO cookie pieces, along with a chocolate cookie swirl. That chocolate cookie swirl really did it for me. Acting as the pièce de résistance, the swirl was so thick, it was almost like a fudge. Mission accomplished Baskin-Robbins, this was better than any s'more I had as a Boy Scout or since. Stood in a line. Outside the door down the ramp.. people were tired of waiting which forms in quicker great! Once in realized they could’ve used more than 2 people working may have helped. None the less, ice cream was fresh, generous and lots of choices! Ladies were busy yet polite and patient Plenty of indoor seating but just down the stairs is a huge park like area for kids to run off the sugar. And huge musical interactive spaces for them to play on! It was a sweet summer warm night to be here with my grandchildren will be returning

They are always closing early. If you aren't going to be open, change your hours.

Parking: If you don't buy something right away from one of the stores on the property, the lot attendant will harass you about parking there. It can be impossible to find parking in the area at times.

Baskin and Robbins (BR) is one of my favorite place for ice cream. There is one BR at Wauwatosa. I stopped by there when I visited The Village Wauwatosa. This BR is close by the park of the village. So, you can enjoy the city park while enjoying your ice cream or other refreshments. In addition, I love the service. The team was great. They were kind and have a nice hospitality. I hope, I can visit again in another time.
Stay cool.

The ice cream is okay.....but omg....the prices!!! I got a single scoop in a waffle cone for $5. The scoop was so tiny it could barely hold on to the top of the cone. It was absolutely not more than 1/2 cup of ice cream. I looked it up and apparently 4oz is considered the standard scoop size. I had major buyer' s guilt! I figure each of those tubs of ice cream in their freezers is worth about $600 (double that if they are 10 gallon tubs).. Also, my daughter and her friends got theirs scooped by a different employee. Even though theirs looked kinda skimpy...they sure looked better than mine! SMH. Saving my money and avoiding this place.

Wish the store was bigger as it fills up quickly when it gets busy. 10/10 regardless

Don’t order online. If staff makes a mistake they take no accountability and will not credit you back as they do not know how to do
