We ordered 3 flavors of cupcakes (vanilla, german chocolate & carrot) and 2 flavors of macarons (strawberry and lemon) and vanilla iced sugar cookies that were iced absolutely perfect for a baby shower. They went above and beyond & our guests gave so many compliments to how tasty and cute everything was. Definitely don't hesitate to place an order, small or large, they won't disappoint!

If this bakery was a person, I'd marry it. Seriously, this place has the best treats in the milwaukee area! This is not like your typical bakery...they only serve the sweet stuff here like cookies, brownies, cakes, bars, macaroons, and even ice cream. So if you're looking for bread or a deli, you may want to check out another place. But if you're like me and you survive mainly off of sweets and desserts, this is your place!

Consider ordering from Black Twig Bakery in Wauwatosa. Im so happy I came across their excellent reviews and decided to try them out for my daughter's bridal shower last week . I also visited a bakery in Cedarburg closer to home but I have to say that Black Twig was unbeatable in price and quality. I ordered lime/strawberry sugar cookies-- generous size 3 1/2", vanilla buttercream and raspberry cupcakes, salted caramel bars, and personalized bridal cookies. Everything was mouth watering!! All the ingredients are of high quality and the lime/raspberry/strawberry buttercream frosting had just the right amount of sweetness. Our salted caramel square bars were cut in half for bite size portions. The cupcakes were very moist and delicious. The staff and owner are very accommodating and answered all of my questions prior to our shower.

AMAZING!!! Customer service, responding to with a sense of urgency to confirm order, absolutely delicious funfetti and vanilla butter cream cake, crunchy and yet so soft jalapeño cheddar biscuits - I will 100% be back to buy more!!!!

Absolutely delicious bakery! I got one frosted cookie, two sandwich cookies, and a macaron. Everything was very reasonably priced, and very tasty. The macaron had the most amazing light and airy texture. I am a big cherry fan, however, I developed an allergy to the skin of cherries. It impacts me more when I have fresh or raw cherries (usually baked items are not an issue for me). I ended up having a bit of a reaction to the macaron and sandwich cookie I tried, which means to me they use fresh and good quality fruit lol. Overall highly recommend.

Overrated… The products look amazing, and the texture was out of this world but….. they got that by adding tons of sugar with little too no flavor contrast!

macarons are too sweet and lacking flavor- consider la reve if you want them. otherwise cake pops are decent. the person working dropped our cookies on the ground and counter while getting them- she replaced one of them. decent place :)
