“Had a great experience last evening! Came in on a Friday evening without a reservation. It was crowded, but we were seated quickly. Tried some new menu items. Steak sandwich was delicious! Steak was very tender. My son had the mushroom Swiss patty melt, which was also very good. Our server Tim was very friendly & checked on us often.“

“I was first introduced to Layman Brewing on a quiet Sunday afternoon and have since made it my go to spot. If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. If you’re still on the fence once Sarah comes around and entices you with her apple pie, you’ll be hooked! “We dropped our son off at Marquette after Christmas break and literally stumbeled by looking for somewhere to eat. What a pleasent surprise. We knew nothing about this place in advance, so it was a completely blind stop. Very cool atmosphere, great beer list and super friendly staff. Since I was driving back home, I only had one beer but wanted to make it count. I asked the server which I should get, and he recommended the Swiss Holzfass Lager. I got it and...wow, just a killer beer. I was ready to try many more, but stopped at one. I did however pick up a 4 pack for home and had another as soon as we got back. Outstanding beer. As for the food, it was a notch above any of the best brewpub food I've had. I went for the simple burger, because if you can't make a good burger, the rest of the menu probably disappoints. The burger was done perfictly with fresh ingredients. The fries had a great seasoning on them as well. This place is a treat and we'll be back again. Top notch beer + good food = happy place.“

“We went with our Pub Pass! It took 1 and a half inning to get service at the bar during an away Brewers game on Saturday! The piller between bars obstructed the view of the bartender to see other sitting customers! But the staff should of advised the bartender.“

“We've been to so many breweries in so many different cities and states... What makes Mobcraft unique is that they have beers that you will most likely not see anywhere else. Some are good, some are just interesting, but the selection is big and you should have no problem finding something you like the bartender are very knowledgeable and can help you pick something you can drink, also the pretzel is a must Mustard dip is ! This a great stop for some great beers. 100% recommend!“

“Overall experience was good. First time visiting as we've tried a couple times before but wait times were to long without a reservation. We visited during dinner hours and were a table of four. Very loud during busy hours between music and guests. Feeling was more like being in a loud pub. Food was good, but we did have to wait a long time. About 30-35 min for one appetizer to arrive, 45 min for main course and 15 min for dessert. Based off our one experience would come again, but would know to plan for a very loud environment and be ok with a 1 1/2 to 2 hour food service.“
