The one woman was wearing a mask. This indicates to us that she is sick. It is also a security risk as we can not identify her or hear what she is saying through the mask. Please ensure your employees are healthy and not wearing masks as these are very unsanitary and indicate that they are sick.
Such a rude experience I went to ordered a drink she was doing some dishes I waited was not in any rush at all and she then noticed I was at the register when she told me
Go order at the kiosk I’m busy cleaning and I said oh but I have a question and she turned around and ignored me I don’t get why people like this even have customer service based jobs when they lack customer service skills

It’s so embarrassing but I cried when I got my order. BUT it was totally my fault. I thought I ordered the pearls also but I guess I didn’t, so I when I got my order I was a bit upset at myself. The store team were so NICE it wasn’t their fault. But yeah, I thought I’d post here so that they’d know/see I wasn’t mad at them ?

I have visited this place at least a dozen times. I really like the drinks that are offered. I appreciate there is an almond milk option as well. You can also choose your sweetness level. The employees that work here are generally not very friendly or eager to answer your questions. Also there is no information on nutritional information for the drinks. I do like that they have a self service kiosk so you can place your drink orders.

Stop by the UPM and saw this place! Glad gave it a try- love the dalgona drink and service was fast and friendly! Will definitely stop by again -highly recommend!

Didn't have a chance to try their boba, apparently they aren't able to serve until 11 even though their hours say 10??
Whoever was there gave me some attitude when all I was do was trying to look to see what they had and if it would be worth it to wait.
I instead told the lady that I wasn't going to bother with someone who had such a horrible attitude when, again, all I was trying to do was look, and left.

I went to this restaurant on Sunday March 17th around 4 pm. I ordered a Milk tea with caramel and tapioca. When getting the order and tasting it i found that it tasted terrible. I usually am a picky eater so I thought it was just me but multiple of my friends tried it and said it tasted expired and stale and not like the boba they had ordered. I tried it again and agreed that it did taste like old expired ingredients were used. I didn't go back immediately as I didn't think I could do anything about it so I continued shopping. The boba was full besides the couple sips I took so I three it away since I know that restaurants can't take back food, and then around 5:30 I came back and asked if I could have a refund, I showed them my order number since they didn't give me a receipt and didn't ask if i wanted one. I told them what the issue with the drink was and told them that it was basically full when I threw it away. The blonde who was working rolled her eyes and asked what time I ordered, when I told her it was a couple hours ago she got a harsh attitude and started to tell me that she wouldn't be looking it up in the system since it was "so many hours later". She refused to take accountability for the old ingredients used and sent me off with nothing. I don't know who to contact to get a refund but this is by far the worst place Ive ever gotten boba from.

Like every other place in the food court, the line is very long, and the food is average. The order-taking is self-serve though, which is honestly very nice.
