Over priced, under delivered!
Thanks for the full price beer that was half foam. Served with a full apology!
You can save $ if you go to Chili’s
No difference in the food quality.
Maybe go to Bavaria to learn how it done. But

My wife and I were there for the first time last Saturday. We had gotten mixed review from friends of our that had been there within the last year, but we thought we'd give it a try for the prime rib. What we didn't know was that Tosa Fest was going on. Fortunately, we sat upstairs, which had more of a supper club feel to it. The food was good, not great. The drinks were very good. The Mush cargo appetizer was outstanding. The prime rib was good, although we didn't understand the pesto that was smeared on it, or the puff pastry thing on the side. (We didn't try either one of them.) Also, no butter was served with the baked potato. Our server was very attentive. However, the pace of the meal was very rushed. There seemed to be too many different people serving different parts of the meal. Our appetizer came before our drinks. The prime rib came out moments after the side salad - Not much of a supper club atmosphere. We asked our server about it, and she said she didn't understand why the food was coming out so fast. I'm not sure how things in the kitchen are supposed to work, but perhaps the server should be able to control the pace of the meal better with the kitchen.
We'll probably give it another try, but it's definitely more of a tavern than a supper club.

Good food. Service was unfortunately poor. We had to ask other servers to get the attention of server, they never came. If we didn’t order food the initial time the server came around, would have left between the long periods of no service. It would have been nice to order a dessert, another refill or drink, some more food but the chance never came. At one point the manager came to apologize to our table and asked how we found the service. Unanimously we answered “haven’t seen them.” At that point we thought it’d get better. Nope. We even slipped another server a five just to get the check that never came. Had to leave the patio outside to seek someone inside to take our money. Found our server, the manager, and hostess chatting around. No apologies. Silently paid and left. Won’t be returning.

Stopped in for dinner and had an incredible ribeye. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was just as good. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out.

So you want to go to an authentic Wisconsin supper club? Buddy, I got yer place. We stopped by this past Sunday and had an excellent meal with salmon cakes, a relish plate (old school Supper Club dish), pecan crusted trout, pan fried salmon, and a REAL Old Fashioned (like the rest of the US makes 😉). The bar is out of a movie set about Da UP and you can get a Grasshopper, Pink Squirrel, or Brandy Alexander. And you might meet Charlie Berens at the table next to yours. 😆

No joking the food is good, the service is great, and it’s a lot of fun. And tells yer folks I says hi 👋.

Food was extremely bland ordered fries extra crispy/ golden brown. Under cooked had to send back for them to argue you can’t cook fries golden brown 😂 I work in the food industry. We didn’t eat. Brussel had stems on them and no flavor even with all the burnt bacon. Didn’t eat any. Wasn’t accommodated for anything. Horrible food. Patio was nice to sit on.

Take out ribeye salad = no dressing, no bread, barely any blue cheese sprinkles. Pretty disappointing for $30 including tip.

Neat atmosphere. Great location. Food came out quickly. However, no silverware for several minutes even though we asked when food was delivered. Ended up having to go inside and grab ourselves. Server nowhere in sight, he would have walked right past it on his way in. When he came back out to give a bill to another table several minutes later, I mentioned how he didn’t bring it and we were watching our food get cold until we got it ourselves.

Instead of apologizing he snapped back and made a comment about working on the drinks and butter request instead. Which he wasn’t working on those either beings he was giving a bill to a different table.

Had a different waitress for the rest of the night who was very pleasant which is why I gave 2 stars for the service.

My prime rib was also mostly fat and EXTREMELY salty. Baked potato also had a mount of salt piled on top of it. Took most of the meat home hoping to salvage it into another meal beings the bill was over $100 for 2.

Great food & service! I did not catch the bartenders name, but I know she loves deer & ducks. Either way, very happy to have stumbled into this place on a whim and had a great experience largely because of her!
