Quality of food has declined a bit in the recent years, but i still enjoy a meal here every now and then. Staff are always friendly and sweet, and the atmosphere is super lively.

Great food and good value. Portions were really large and flavors were amazing. Best sweet potato fries we've ever tried! The decor has a local vibe and the service was terrific. They were very busy but we were seated quickly and server was very attentive.

I'm so disappointed that the last few times I have been here the wait time was horrible. But I believe in 3 chances for restaurants. This last time was the worst it is completely ridiculous 30 minutes for fries and pretzels. 40 minutes for a brownie. We didn't even bother ordering anything else because it was such a bad experience.

Everything you'd expect food and service wise. It is a tad on the overly dark side however, some patrons even found it needed to use a light to read their menu.

Came here for lunch with a friend. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very welcoming. Our server, Luci, was very personable, friendly, and attentive and provided great service! Even though she had multiple other tables to tend to, she still took the time to chat with us! The bruschetta flatbread and tiramisu-tini I ordered were delightful!

Ooof what a complete disappointment of an experience for a banner that we have long loved. Yelp gave us wildly inaccurate wait time on the place across the street, so we came here bc the wait was about 25-30 min. So we hung out at the bar until a table became available. The host helpfully worked out a table to accommodate kids. They brought a high chair, but it only had a completely broken & detached restraint, which seems dangerous for any age child that would be seated in it (PLEASE fix this before offering it to any other family!) Without a strap to secure our just-started-sitting son it was of course a hard no for me. We ended up just holding our son on our laps bc it was busy enough to not be able to swap it. We had a lovely waiter who was super busy but very nice when he was able to make it by. I get it, it's a busy time and maybe they were short staffed. He did bring us waters and drinks right away, and took our order right away as well, which we appreciated. We ordered 1 starter and 3 entrees. So by this time I'm super hungry, as there was a wait, etc, no big deal, to be expected - I had been saving my appetite to eat dinner out. This is where things get super odd...the food arrived-the 3 entrees...and I mentioned to the person that brought it that mine was supposed to have sweet potato frites instead of regular frites. Mind you, at this point my blood sugar is at an all time low, lol. And no joke, as soon as she sets the plate down, she picks it back up and turns on her heels and leaves. I briefly consider running after her to at least dump the burger on the bare table, lol. But I'm thinking easy fix, throw those fries off the plate, put the correct item on, return. Nope. No one comes by to check the table, and I retrieve ketchup for my kid myself, again not my ideal eating out experience, but not the end of the world. The next thing that happens is that the starter arrives, yes, well after the entrees had come (and gone in all senses)...so I guess, good, there's something to eat other than my spouse's frites. A solid amount of time elapses. It was a loooong time. The waiter checks in and asked about the entree missing, appears horrified, and then went to check into it. All in it was another 20-25 min before the entree returned. My husband was done eating, my big kid was over being there and the baby was getting fussy, so I just stopped the lady when she did come and asked her to bag it to go. The waiter did, to his credit, remove the burger from the bill. Upon getting home I saw the burger did come with the correct fries, but didn't have the dipping sauce ordered and was cooked medium rare (not my jam) instead of well done as ordered, so I actually wasn't able to eat anything other than the outside parts, bc...no thank you to medium rare, (to each their own). Hopefully an extenuating experience, but a total bummer bc I had been looking forward to going out to eat all day and missed out on what should have been a great experience, esp by a restaurant group who I feel like I would otherwise trust to be able to deliver a consistent eating out experience. :(
