Worst chipotle experience. Food looked dried and not fresh. Still took a chance. Got home and my rice was as cold as salsa. Rice was sticky. Beans were like mush. Won’t revisit this location. Employees did not greet me and they have a POOR work ethic with the language they use around customer. Wish I could get a refund but it’s not even worth it. I definitely won’t come to this location again

this chipotle location is literally the worse one I've been to. i came in to eat, but before i ordered i chilled in their eating area, since i came walking and was tired all i wanted was to order a bowl. while i catched my breath i witness something wild idk what exactly happen but a manager, i assume the main one since he had a lot to say about the customer after the kicked them out. it really got to me as a customer seeing him abuse his power as a manager. after all that went a little over the limit gal scowled the customers dining and what felt like pressure to buy or leave. like i mentioned i was going to so in fact. i did but had to deal with managers not so friendly attitude. this experience made me feel in fault and i definitely wont be coming back again and i recommend the same for you

Not much portions all food in the bowls. You have to buy chips for your bowl. Imma just be straight Qdoba is the best place to get a bowl from a burrito. It was so loud in there. Two different kinds of music was playing in the restaurant. And it was so annoying

I would give zero stars if I could. This location is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Whole place is very dirty and the staff was extremely rude. They ran out of half their menu by 9pm, an hour before close. They proceeded to argue with me and tell me they were almost closed when I asked them if they had anymore chips, fajitas and chicken. I would suggest never going to this Chipotle location and after my experience I will never be going to any Chipotle ever again. 🚮

my chicken on me and my girlfriends tacos werent burnt hard and skimpy. employees were rude. Id rather drive farther and go to a better chipotle. do not recommend at all. save your money.

The server was very skimpy on portion sizes which is a major issue with Chipotle overall. I asked for extra rice, chicken, queso, and cheese which he informed me that the chicken, queso and cheese would be an additional charge for extra. I even asked was the extra rice even extra? The bowl wasn't evern full after the "extra" was supposedly added. I asked the lady checking me out if it was true that Chipotle was supposed to be serving larger portion sizes and she responded very sharply I don't know but you can speak with a manager so, I asked for that. I asked the manager the same question which he replied he was informed to serve any more or any less than they always have. So I asked him to look at my bowl to determine if it looked like I had been served extra of anything. I could tell he didn't think so but instead of offering to make it again or to add a bit more of the chicken and rice was were still skimpy portions, he just looked at the receipt instead of the bowl to determine what "extra" I had be served and did nothing else to ensure I was satisfied. I paid $31 for two bowls that only equated to a bowl and a half. Good customer service used to be to do what it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied. It is obvious that this store could care less and I will NOT be returning to do business with them again!
Tried to order a bowl with chicken and they said that I ordered brisket and tried to charge me twice as much. Ask them to make up what I wanted and they told me to leave
