I drive out of my way to this specific chipotle. The food is always on point and the music they have coming from the kitchen really does it give it an authentic Mexican grill. The new adobo ranch is the best!!!

Disgusting. There was a hair in my food, I discovered when I arrived home with my pickup order. I called to let them know and it is literally impossible to get in touch with the restaurant. They have an automated phone service and when you can finally get a hold of someone, it’s someone from a customer care center and I was unable to understand the representative. She said it was not possible to speak to someone from the restaurant. And she tried to accuse me of the hair being my own. This is ridiculous.

They dumped enough sour cream on my food to make it closer to soup than a burrito bowl. when i asked them to correct it they said no i would have to buy another one. never been so confused. associates were rude and unhelpful

Staff there skimps bowls and are scared to put correct portion size. Asked manager to add a lil bit more chicken they refused . No other chipotle in Milwaukee does this besides them . Take your money else where . Food and fajitas weren’t that fresh .

Hi went to the chipotle today in Wauwatosa Wisconsin June 22 we spent $47.83 today June 22nd 2025 sad and mad as ever real mad we bought bowls no chips we paid for like how the heck we gonna eat our bowls no chips we paid for I new we should of went to qdoba and it’s “94” degrees here outside I live like 20 minutes away from there and it’s hot as ever to drive way back up there something that yall did and forgot smh yall should be replacing and giving something free fr fr then u guys don’t answer the phone gotta call a number I sent the receipt really pissed tf off mad

Ordered $40 worth of food this evening and you guys decide not to put meat or queso on my bowl. I payed extra for barbacoa and extra for queso and you don’t put anything. All I got was a lot of rice and sour cream.

While making a bowl they do it too fast and don’t pay attention on what customer needs in the bowl and always in a rush to close the order.
Terrible experience, ordered a bowl and game me half a scoop of rice, not even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, on top of that they were out of chicken and upon ordering their pork I received about 1/8 lb of meat. These portion sizes are a joke, paid $11 and had to make myself more food at home.

The food was okay. It wasn't nearly as fresh looking as it is in the commercials (as silly as that sounds the commercials were exactly why I wanted to go there) It is just a slightly better choice than QDoba which isn't saying a lot in my opinion.

So I am very disappointed we ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl on 4-21-2025 and a couple of bites into it had to throw them both out they were horrible!! The chicken was so fatty it almost seemed like someone cut all of the fat out put it to the side to throw out but then was told not to waste all of the nasty scraps and then cooked that all in one batch and served it!! To add the the mass amount of fat it was had a good amount of burnt crap and no flavor to top it off. The rice and corn also had no flavor so it was like I was eating fat on top of fat!!! Almost made me throw up!! The only good experience about yesterday was the Awesome young man that served me and also hooked it up like it's supposed to be!!! I have had a couple of bad experiences and the Chipotle on Capitol Drive. You can eat a bowl there and still be hungry like they are skimping on the portions so they don't have to make more!!! Total waste of my drive!!
