This Store used to be top notch but for sure no longer! The staff doesnt even say hi when u walk in or even if busy to say working on online order be with you shortly. My food was made very sloppy. When i said guacamole please was told no more for the day at 8:59pm when Chipotle still open for anothet hour. Plus my tacos where overly spilled with sour cream & spinach when I asked for light sour cream and lettuce where when I went to eat that at home I couldnt even taste my tacos meat! Very sad! I will never go again. I would rather go 5-10 miles away for a Good Chipolte for the extra care, time and gas to waste in my vehicle! Never again...

I ordered from this Chipotle for a pick up order. I got a steak bowl so I could eat quick before my meeting. The rice in this bowl was hard and grainy, definitely wasn't completely cooked. The bowl was also premixed so it was hard to just eat the decent parts.Trying to file a complaint with Chipotle didn't do anything as I was disregarded for inedible food. I'll be making my own bowls at home or going to actual Mexican restaurants. This food was so disgusting.

I have been coming to this place for years and now the change and staff. My food was not good at all. The portion size was so small. When I asked, can I get my full scoop of rice they told me that it would be extra. Besides that everything that they gave or scooped was extremely small. It was not even worth it for the price that they were charging. Then once I got home to eat my food. I noticed that the rice was very mushy like baby food was very mushy like baby food. I could not take it back because I worked so far away stay away from this place.!!!!!???

As many others have noted, this particular location either has made a system unable to handle online orders OR is willfully screwing up orders and effectively swindling. There is little point to using the online app to order and customize if large parts of the customized order are omitted. On one occasion, orders were all garbled; there was no telling what food item tracked to which person because none of the foods matched the order. On another occasion, one person had asked for "extra chicken" and paid the money reflecting that--there was no chicken in their burrito bowl. On that same occasion, beverages and fruit for kids' meals was omitted.
This is the second time I have ordered delivery from chipotle and did not receive my food. Hours on the phone going back and forth to dasher to chipotle and all I got was I will get my money back and put a coupon back on my account that I used but of lesser value. Something has to get done or this will continue happening. I will use this coupon as a pick up order and never go to chipotle again. Horrible customer service. Saying I’m sorry doesn’t help. My money is gone and I have no food for my ten hour shift.

So have eaten a LOT of Chipotle.. but never until this place felt seriously cheated. $20 (w/tip) for a chicken burrito and a fountain drink -- I thought my order was wrong when i picked up the bag. The burrito was slighlty larger than a credit card.. and the staff acted like i was an ahole for asking about it.Are you making them pay for the chicken now? Gdamn.
