Bad customer service the dude was disrespectful the way he talked when theirs a sighn that says order pick up thats what people expect to go not to be behind a cashier line waiting.

Wow A+ for this team! Awesome job. I was in at a weird time at Mayfair and every time I even get near the food court the first thing I smell is Cinnabon. It’s been years since I had it, So of course I had to get a 4 pack for home. All 4 of my Cinnabons were absolutely perfect, I cannot believe how good these were! Thank you so much to everyone who made my experience good! Mayfair location rocks

I visit the Cinnabon in Mayfair and I have never experienced such rudeness from the lady working the front omg. The holidays and she was per mean to her customer. I’d never spend my money there again

The product is not as good as before. Bought 6 classics last 04/13/2024 the quality is really poor. So dry and the its not melting anymore. Just different now or just that store making it. Please check your quality control. For those who bought that day you know what i talking about.

I have attempted to call this location 15 times over the past two days with no success. Trying to call again this morning now the phone is off the hook. Needing to make a large pick up order for a hospital. Also the ability to order online for only 15 minutes is unbelievable. If there is a better number to schedule a pickup order please let me know.

I stopped for a box of minis about 1pm today. Got home & the whole box was hard. When I called somebody tried to tell me that them were made in the morning. No. These were at least a full day old. Hard & hard to eat.
