the line was super long with a very long wait time and there are no products, the girls was just on there phones not taking orders, this is very unprofessional , i come here every weekend and there are no buns, no packs, no products!! this was never a problem when the caucasion girls was there

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I asked could they put a little more icing on it because it literally have NONE on top ! The guy argued with me and told me I had to pay extra for icing because his manager said they can’t do extra icing for free. I told him it wasn’t enough on it, I didn’t want extra I wanted the amount that’s supposed to come on it !

Employees there are the laziest. I bought some center bites and the girl literally just grabbed them and handed them to me. After I asked for her to warm it up and for a fork she gave me the dirtiest look like its not her job to do that

They had to use garbage bags to hand you your order. The churro was stale, the classic roll was just okay.
The general manager got mad because I asked if he could frost the Cinnabon more because there was barely any frosting . He put a petty foolish amount and proceeded to charge me for it and that definitely wasn’t extra the Cinnabon also tasted undercooked & dough , it’s a hit or miss when I order here

Wow A+ for this team! Awesome job. I was in at a weird time at Mayfair and every time I even get near the food court the first thing I smell is Cinnabon. It’s been years since I had it, So of course I had to get a 4 pack for home. All 4 of my Cinnabons were absolutely perfect, I cannot believe how good these were! Thank you so much to everyone who made my experience good! Mayfair location rocks
