While it is often very busy, this is a GREAT location. Great atmosphere inside and out. The outside fire pit is almost always going and is quite popular. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer a couple questions I had regarding brew options.

I was charged $9.50 for a $7.50 egg and bacon croissant yesterday morning. Even with 5% tax, this doesn't add up. I was hungry, whatever, added a dollar tip to it. Sat near the pickup area for 10minutes. No one called my name. The young lady that took my order name eye contact with me a few times, never acknowledged me. Finally I stood up to see what was in the basket that was sitting on the counter for the past 5 minutes. It was a very sad looking croissant, with hardly melted cheese on egg and a few scraps of bacon. I have received absolutely terrible service, charged what appeared to be whatever sum the young lady decided to charge me for a terrible product. It was a terribly disappointing and unsettling experience.

Takes so long to get a latte. I waited 12 mins, this last time. Average is 10 minutes. The other locations are much faster
The mango peach ginger smoothie was bright, a bit tart, and wonderfully refreshing. The veggie pesto breakfast burrito ($7.50 plus tax) was rather small. There is plenty of seating, indoors and out, and the space is a relaxed place to hangout.

I have picked up from here before no problem but I had to pick up a DoorDash from here and the people were very rude. I waited so long for anyone to acknowledge me, and when I tried to speak to somebody else, they would ignore me and then leaving I had to confirm my order and bumped into their huge display, just for them to chuckle. Very not nice girls sadly

It's a nice place to sit down and have a cup of coffee, but the food is almost always a letdown. The bakery and drinks are good, everything else is disappointing. Especially at the price point, cold and messily prepared sandwiches to dull muffins are unacceptable.
