We ordered (7) boneless wing basket specials to go. (3) baskets were Caribbean jerk flavored and the other (4) were hot. We threw all of the hot flavored wings away as they were wayyyyyyy too salty. Not sure if it’s their batter or the actual sauce but OMG, talk about high blood pressure. The fries were the best part of the meal. This was a new place we wanted to try but we were highly disappointed!

When in doubt Colonel it out … to my fan”s of true Wisconsin taste ? and treat the Bloody Mary here was hands ?? down taste only the best yet I have had here in Wisconsin hollander .. will need to step it up for me … salute Mr.Knippel …. When I need my go too he was there 10/10… I will be back for another half off night … when I say best hidden good time … in a long time … to another escapade.. I ate here just a moment ago from posting this. 10/30/23. Went down there around 9:45pm. Had a long day. Like....really long...anyway. just needed to be among people but not "with" people. One of THOSE days... ? anyhow...the young lady who took care of me was incredible. I had put in my headphones and was eating a pizza that was too big for me whilst watching Netflix and decompressing. She recognized I wanted space and she kept her side eye on me and was immediately responsive to any requests without bothering me with incessant chatter. Some days I like that the conversations. Today I wanted solitude in the crowd but while still being noticed enough to get a drink and some food and SHE NAILED IT!!!

A late lunch. The best hamburger I have ever had. Loved the corn bites, a first timer on those and I want more. Service was excellent. We mentioned we were sharing a burger. They cut it in half, put the half burger, fries and a separate coleslaw in each basket for us. We had moved outside with our drinks to catch some sun and they brought the food out to us. Highly recommend.

The food was just okay. I got a burger and fries. The fries were good, but the burger could have been cooked 5 minutes longer. It was quite rare. I wasn't even asked how I wanted my burger cooked. There was no salt, pepper, ketchup, or mustard on the table. I received a small cup of ketchup and no mustard with my burger. We had to ask the bartender for the condiments. The bartender did if we wanted refills on our drinks. I probably won't go back for food.

I'm an African American professional woman. That shouldn't matter as long as I'm a paying customer. I stopped by because I had heard the food and atmosphere was cool. We dine at various places around the city. Well myself and husband entered and it was not welcoming. We were stared at as if "what are you doing here" A lady sitting on the bar looked at us and snubbed her nose up at us. We got up and left. An establishment should be welcoming to all races. But that is the day we yet live in. I treat all races with respect and how I want to be treated. Sad! I will let the referral know who told me about Colonel Hart's, we didn't have a good experience.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Menu is well laid out, with details for toppings, additions or upgrades for your dish (no funny business).I had the Colonel hamburger with Cajun fries. Burger was great- thin bun, cooked medium well (default). The fries were tasty, but a little over seasoned, so quite salty, and I love salt.Wife enjoyed her burger with the sour cream and chives, which were very good-nice crusty shell on them.Only bummer was that my tap beer was kinda warm (50's F) and her did diet Coke was flat, no fizz.Otherwise an overall decent meal for $35. Would like to try the fish fry.
