TERRIBLE! Came to this location yesterday as we used to live in WI and can’t get Cousins in MO. Our order was rung up wrong - no big deal. They refunded part of the order and made the correct sandwich. Today, on our way out of town, we wanted to stop by for another and grab one to bring home. We put in our order at 6:34p and took a seat 25 mins later and we start hearing commentary about them being out of regular bread. The cashier came over to ask what other bread we’d want - garlic or multi. We said garlic given the only options (even though multiple cars had come through the drive thru and gone as well as at least 2 other customers after us so likely we could’ve gotten regular bread but our order wasn’t made timely. After agreeing to garlic bread the cashier then came back and said there was only enough bread for 2 of our 4 sandwiches at which point I just requested a refund for half our order since it wasn’t going to be what we ordered anyway and we had already waited 30+ mins for our food. Not even an apology from the manager. Other customers had issues and no apologies either. A gentleman waited 15+ mins to speak to the manager and ask for Corporate’s phone number and she didn’t even acknowledge him. Avoid this location at all costs!

Since moving to Wisconsin, many people have said to try a sub from Cousins. I got a free sub coupon from a volunteer event, so I figured it was the perfect time to try them out. I got the cheesesteak with extra mayo and a side of curds. The sandwich was great. It was very flavorful, and the bread was the perfect texture. The toppings were stacked but not overloaded, which is how I like it. Overall, I’d gladly get another sub here.

Had the Chicken Cheddar deluxe sub. Pretty good. Add the pickled peppers, very good! Lettuce wasn't fresh. Small sandwich was perfect size for lunch. Place was fairly busy and has a drive thru. I'll be back.

They could clean the tables, chair, and floor. I arrived just before noon. They cut all the way through the bread which we all know makes it hard to eat. Nice people . Dine- in treated like please leave. No tray everything in a bag.

The best staff ever !!! My grandmother and I had a great experience while having lunch and catching up after the holidays.
I picked up my sandwich in the drive-thru. There were a few cars ahead of me that took a long time, but when I finally pulled up, the young guy had my sandwich ready. He thanked me for my order and wished me a good night. May not seem like much, but these days, most of the time, fast food employees barely look you in the face much less speak to you. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Stopped in Last night for a sandwich and couple sodas and some cookies. The lady at the counter was nice and attentive and very patient with me trying to get my friend's order right. They're always pleasant and hard working people here at the Wauwatosa Cousins.
