Waited 10 minutes to order, then another 20 minutes for three cold sandwiches. One of them wasn’t made correctly. And the store wasn’t busy.
My Italian sub looks like it fell off the countertop. We would have been done eating already, and with better food, if we had stopped at Fire House. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

They must have had the dream team working! The girl working the counter was so sweet and very personable, she had great rapport with my sister and I. The store was very clean and our food came out pristine! The sandwich maker put their whole back into it 💯💯💯

I ordered cheese curds and a small chili and both were disgusting. The cheese curds were very salty and chili lacked flavor and wasn't even filled more than half way full. A whole lot of disappointment was what I got. To put the icing on the cake the GM sends me an email saying they would give me a free SIDE item....lol. A free side item, here's a cookie for your disappointment....what a joke Cousins. This is what I get for doing the survey. They have good subs but that's about it. You don't go to a sub place and get the chili!!!! Lesson learned.
