Stay far far away if you want an accurate sandwich. Employees lazy and disrespectful.

Service/team members were very professional and friendly- would go back based on service alone! The cheese curds were amazing and cooked perfectly. The cheesesteak sub was a bit lacking in flavor but not bad.

The employees don't change their gloves after making a sandwich and after dealing With money ,one experience the employee her fingernails were dirty and another one pulling up her pants just before making a sandwich, no one asked for jeans with their sandwich You literally have to ask them to change gloves or wash their hands before making your sandwich!! Disgusting, customers shouldn't have to do that!!! they're not being properly trained or definitely needs to be retrained the right way!

Do not order from this location if you want any semblance of cleanliness. Employees will be on their phone with their gloves on and then go back to touching the food and placing toppings on subs. I also once observed an employee roll up a rug/mat by the entrance with their gloves on and then go back to making food. So dirty!

The lady preparing the food was rude. Her tone of voice was not welcoming at all! She even yelled at my son and I for sitting on the window sill waiting for our to go order. I work two blocks away and sit in the same spot every time. I never had a problem before. Then to top off this experience I got french fries that were not fresh or hot. Extremely disappointed.
This is “my” Cousin’s and I am always patient and understanding when it comes to staffing issues or order errors. However last night they hit a new low at this location. As I always do, I called the store to place an order. I was told to hold. After about 8 minutes I hung up and called back. The answer was could I come in to place the order as they were so busy. I came in 10 minutes later and one person was in line, and one table had guests. I placed my order for one Special sub, and 2 Clubs both with bacon, one with no tomatoes.When I came back about 10 minutes later, clerk was putting 2 BLT subs in the bag.I explained I didn’t order the BLT, but sure enough that is what she rang up and charged me. Reason I’m giving 2 stars is the gentleman making the subs corrected the error and made me the 2 subs I needed. Thanks for that, but you guys can be so much better than this.
Customer service is atrocious. I called to order over the phone and they hung up on me. I called again thinking it was a mistake the person answer, took my order and when I got there they said the order wasn’t in the system. If they don’t do phone order all they had to do was say that. Why waste my time. Then they continued to mess up my order several time. What kind of training do they get when they are hired? I don’t think any.
The food was fine as always. The customer service is atrocious. My cheese curds were not made ahead of time as instructed. The website says they will be unless otherwise specified. When I pointed that out the to employee she said "I don't know anything about that". I told her is must be a lack of communication but it should be addressed or they will continue to have issues. A large man then came over and said "whats the problem" so I showed him what the website said and he said that they have nothing to do with the website, the website I placed my order on. Obviously they are. I tried to let him know about the discrepancy but he just kept saying they were busy and there are other orders and he has other things to do. He said that I can call and complain. Sure I could do that or just not come back. I'm opting for not going back. Too many issues every time I order. This rude encounter was my last straw. Be warned if you choose to patronize this location.

Subs are superior to subway by a long shot (not even comparable). The place is ok for fast food place to dine in. The fries were good as I had read online. The price for the meal I felt was high for what’s received. Again it’s not bad but I might go somewhere else before this for my fast food fix. If you want a good sub this is a good option

The staff tonight Thursday at 6 pm was rude and uncooperative. I didn’t get my food and had been waiting for an hour atleast. Needs better staff and communication all together .

Honestly, I always dreaded going into this cousin subs. But the last time I was there there was someone working named Judge, he was friendly, efficient, and overall made my experience completely different. Seemed happy to be there which it turn made me happy to be there as well.

I went there around noon today the 18th and I told the lady at the register there was no more napkins in the napkin holder and she told me don't worry about it. Don't put something in your bag and when I got home no napkins. Okay fine. I also want to mayonnaise on my sandwich. No mayonnaise either. Very disappointed. I pay for a service. I expect service so apparently you must not want my money cuz I'll definitely not go there no more. I don't work for you workers
