Izzy V as she works the register she’s unaccommodating so I had a 20% off which is your new promotion pool tab and she did not allow me to use my pool tab with my 20% off. She told me that you can’t use them. You have to wait 48 hours after when you get them but how do you know when someone got the pool tap for you to decide when they can and can’t use them so this is unacceptable customer service for her not to comply with company policy no we’re on a pool tab does it say that there is no sign inside of the store that says it the same day you accumulate your pool tab you’re not allowed to use them within the same day at a later purchase, so what you purchase at noon and at 6 PM you’re not allowed to use it this needs to be addressed. She needs to be retrain it on how to handle customers properly .Parking: It’s a small parking lot depending on Time of day that you go, you may have to circle around it as the car is coming out for you to take that spot. It shares a parking lot with some other businesses.

I ordered a turkey sub online. Sub was too good. Everything was fresh, the sub was neatly put together. The staff was very polite when I came in to get my sandwich.

Called to place a gentleman answered the phone and I was told that it would take over an hour to get food. I asked them if I were to stop in the lobby would it take just as long he said “yep that’s what everyone’s saying “. I was subsequently 12 minutes from this location and wanted to give them the courtesy to have my drive time to start on my order. I walked in the lobby was greeted with a “what do you need?” By employee shaneekqua H. I gave my order at 7:18:42 and proceeded to wait. In the interim Shaneequa began stacking chairs to what I assume was to mop there were two other people waiting as well. The was the least pleasant experience I’ve encountered at cousins and would welcome any and all communication from the owner(s) to discuss the very negative behavior while dining in. For the staff to be so preoccupied with cleaning the lobby should be a lot cleaner as well.

Consistent greatness. I usually always order a 1/2 ham and cheese, no onions, no tomato. And I consistently get a beautiful sandwich from this location which is the only one that I'll go to here in the 414. Nice people, clean environs, and I've got to love the fountain soda station - we all have a weakness, and mine is Diet Coke. Just the occasional DC is what this girl needs :)

I asked for a dblstk the cashier doesn't know the abdication for the sandwich on top of that I asked for bacon I got a single instead of double no bacon and there's onion on the sandwich then when I brought it back to the store she tried to charge me again
I went in person on my lunch break. I ordered the easiest sub possible salami and cheese all veggies except tomatoes no oregano. There was literally every single thing I didn’t ask for on my sub and a bunch of oil. I’m not happy.

Just getting food like I always do here but for some reason the fries wasn't cooked they put them in oil for about a minute then gave us raw fries with our subs I've been to other cousins and I know it's a machine that goes off alerting you when fries are done I suggested y'all use that machine or get out the kitchen

Great experience. Great Cousins. It's tucked in the corner of a shopping center on the NW corner of 68th of State. Find it. Good food. Comfortable, clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sitting in Starbucks may be the standard for sitting and reading. Be outre, enjoy this hidden gem.
