Food wins out
The batter fell off my chicken even before I took a bite. It tasted dry and unseasoned. Service was questionable (probably the worst service we have ever gotten) and would not come back next time.
The server was very short and not present which is annoying but whatever it happens. The icing on the cake was that when our server asked if we needed anything else while dropping off our food, my partner asked for some hot sauce. The server then gave a pissed off sigh for a couple seconds. Food was ok but service was awful in a mostly empty restaurant.There's a dairy queen across the street that has much better service and food quality for the price. I've never left a 1 star review and never planned on it until today.
Great food! We were able to be seated right away, the staff were kind and checked in often.

Okay I think if a burger takes more than 30 minutes it's only fair to let the customer know ahead of time just in case they did not plan the rest of the day around having lunch ( for the record I was one of three tables)
.... God damn it also I think it's a good idea to include napkins for an item called the dirtiest Swiss when it is taken to go
